I have been to this location twice. Both times packaging and food was horrible. This particular order was delivered.I ordered 3 soft tacos and this is what I received tacos wrapped in foil. At first, I thought it was a burrito. Ordered large chips and queso. I counted 16 chips in the bag and they were stale. I wonder how many days the bag was left on their shelf. Very disappointing.I think staff and management need to have care for patrons. I would not serve this food to my dog. It had no taste and poorly packaged.

Never order pickup from here. Don't even walk in and get food at this point. Staff doesn't know anything and the manager is slow and doesn't care to help.I ordered pickup for 6:10 and had to wait till after 7PM to have it in my hand. I told them to cancel my order and they said they would. I hopped in line to get food and got it faster than they would have made it, then they said they couldn't refund me or cancel my order after I bought my other food. I told them to get the manager and to refund me my mobile order that I waited almost an hour for and didnt even want anymore cause they were so slow!They did eventually refund me but only after I escalated and basically slammed my credit card on the counter. Don't go, don't bother, don't support.

I'm done with this location, every time I order online and add extra meet they give one serving. When requested to remake my order they gave me a small toppings cup of meat. I didn't pay too assemble my own taco. I asked for a refund and they said I have to go through the app. Now I got to wait for a email while out $25. All the reviews on this location have the same complaint. When are you guys going to get your act together. Avoid this location at all cost.Update 3-6-22:Got an email saying that because of high comment volume there going reward me free chips and guacamole so I don't have to wait on them. I paid 25 dollars thats a whole lot more than chips and guac. I need a refund please

I was in the area for a funeral and before my family and I left to go back home we all stopped here. The food was as bland as I've ever tasted. The male cashier was great! He had made a mistake with a customer's order. (actually), the customer was the issue) The cashier called up the manager. ( I'm assuming she was the manager)(white female....I can't remember her name) Upon coming to assist, her attitude was very nasty toward him. She was upset because he didn't get the receipt from the customer to do an override. As a customer, I shouldn't have even been aware of this situation. The girl had no discretion. Another customer apparently noticed this bad behavior as well and offered the gentleman a job at his establishment. This put a bad taste in my mouth. Literally!

This was the most disgusting dirty chipotle we have ever been too. The trash can was overflowing with trash falling on the floor. Every table had some type of food debris. There were no napkins, no clean forks and every single employee was rude. While the line was piling up, they were sitting gossiping about I’m assuming another employee from part of the conversation I heard. Awful experience and I’m pretty sure the birthplace of COVID in Maryland.

I ordered a burrito with extra lettuce, cheese, veggie fajita, corn, and pico. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a burrito that is smaller than a regular one (no extra). It seemed the size of a child. There was no lettuce.I would like an explanation as to why there is an option in the app to ask for additional toppings when they don't even make the burrito a regular size.I also ordered a bowl with 1/2 white and 1/2 brown rice, and there was no brown rice.I'm disappointed. The worst burrito I have ever ordered.

I don't know what it is with this location but there seems to always be something wrong whether it's slow service cold food or lack of help. I travel a lot and I've been to quite a few Chipotle's in other areas and I have never experienced the issues like the one in Waugh Chapel Center has. It's not terrible but just not as good as the other locations I have visited

The food is always good here. The next time I want Chipotle, I will stand.in the.line rather than order and pick up. I'm so glad I opened my bowl when I sat in my car. I ordered a salad, and there was not one piece of super greens insight. I went back showed it to the young lady, she then asked do you want me to make it over?. Unbelievable. When they prepare with you there it's a much better experience all around. Lesson learned. Also, I had to wait much longer for my order. They give you a pickup time, mine went 10 over and then it was wrong. So, I will not order online again.

Every time I order online for pickup or through DoorDash, the order is subpar. Extra rice apparently means 1 scoop. We got ground meat of some sort when we ordered steak and the glass bottle of coke wasn’t in there.

Ordered online a chicken burrito bowl with all the fixings. What we got is pictured below. Service and quality at this location is so far below others I will never order from here again. Want to also add the quesadilla we ordered was so cold it was inedible.
