I ordered a mobile pickup order. I intended for it to be a curbside pickup order so I was waiting and no one showed up. That's my fault lol. But what is not my fault, the fact that I ordered a large fry and the fact I didn't receive a full fry holder. That is unacceptable, give me what I pay for. I used to work at McDonald's and even though it's different establishments I know that the cardboard backing is there for a reason.
Didn’t see option for service but the service and staff are the greatest especially Mr Dave.
I ordered a chicken sandwich on door dash, from this location in Crofton Maryland. I received my sandwich and when I took my very 1st bite , the bread smelled like it was old. I took another bite and flipped the sandwich over, and it was white mold on the back of the bread. I reported it to door dash. Then the next day I also called the store, and spoke to the manager. Of coarse she denied it, and said that they're bread is fresh daily etc. She gave me her email and told me to send a pic to her email. I told her to call me back or atleast Email me back, so I can know she got the pic and she didn't. Which is nonchalant to me. I paid for my food to be fresh and tasty. This is so wrong and unsanitary. Never again
The lady taking orders in the drive-thru this morning wearing blue sweater was very rude. Normally, everyone very pleasant. Kudos to the young man who gave me my order. He was very nice and went out of his way to over compensate for the lady’s bad manners.
Truly the best fast food restaurant out there. Food brought out fast, accurate, and with the type of quality you would expect from a sit-down restaurant. Also numerous methods of ordering like delivery, pickup, carryout, drive thru, and carryout from drive thru. All of which can be done ahead of time online!
Just had the rudest service I have ever experienced at this chic fil A location. I placed a mobile order using my points and a drive thru order which i paid for. When I got to the window the cashier informed me i had to pay for part of my order which was covered by the reward points. So I started to explain to her how the two orders were placed and she just went off! I let her have her say and when I asked if I could explain, even brought up the app to show the proof but she went off again, then walked off on me. Thankful that a team lead came to the window and resolved the issue. If my points weren't already deducted, I would have driven off leaving that order right there. That is no way to treat a customer.
The food is always fresh,hot,so good this is the best Chick-fil-A!! The staff is so super sweet and kind! I always love Chick-fil-A but this one is by far my favorite!
I eat alot of chick fil a 42k lifetime points and wow I just had the best breakfast chicken biscuit ever!! Whoever was making them this morning is like an angel sent from above!!
Every time we go to this Chick-fil-A, everyone is always very friendly and the service is great. BUT… everytime they NEVER FILL THE FRIES ALL THE WAY. There have been multiple times where the large fire has been filled as a medium, why pay more for a large when you aren’t even getting more fries? If you go here you might be better off ordering two mediums instead of one large.
Good chick fil a but the one at Waugh chapel is better. Operated by the same person but there’s a clear quality difference. You usually get hotter food and better portion size at the Waugh Chapel location. They’re also fairly quick here and usually much less of a line than Waugh Chapel.
