Worst Burger King ever. Peak lunch time and they dwindle around like tweedle dee and tweedle dumb. They do not k ow what expediting is, letting food die in the window, not paying attention to lines forming behind them as they mindlessly put fries in sleeves. They act like it is a bother you the customer are even there to get food. The pregnant manager doesn't care either as she just handles drive thru, and doesn't make sure her staff are on the ball with making sure customers get taken care of, if I could I'd give this place 5 NEGATIVE STARS.
This location sucks!! Horribly managed and terrible food! Waited over 20mins with only one car in front of me only to get an incorrect order! 2 meals ordered and they couldn’t even get it right?? Check out the “flamed-broiled” burger!!! DAbsolutely GROSS!!
Worst ever. Slow service and did not get the meal we paid for manager made excuses for how short is that they were
came by on a sunday, the only fast food place that serves no fried food. Apparently no fried chicken or fries. This is the most inefficiently run fast food chain I have ever seen in my life. 10 cars waiting in the drive through. Came inside to place an order. Many workers just waiting around doing nothing after taking orders. Some clients are just leaving after waiting 15 min. Just asking for old food just sitting in the warmer. The cashier offered to make sandwiches and was advised not to.
They was fast and friendly made my sandwich wrong I guess it was there way not mine but my sandwich was still good you have to try the new ? burger melted there good
My husband and I got the bacon cheddar melt it was terrible . The bread was soggy, the meat was patty was small , the quality of the cheese was a bright yellow and tasteless. It was thrown together. Save your money. Make your own fresh burger’s at home at least you know what you’re eating

Went through the drive thru on 01/09/22. Cool new look, same awful staff.To say ‘lack of manners’ would be a compliment. Always seems like it’s a bother to order something.IMO Shouldng matter where you work, your position, or pay grade - those things should not define your professionalism.Most of everyone was okay but it’s your weakest link that will bring down a team.Girl took my card and paid, gave it back and just closed the window. I did want a receipt so waited and stared at her while she was on her phone till I honked. She looked at me game me the receipt and shut the window.Just go for food, if at all.
It took almost 20 minutes to get through the drive through today. This is not ok! And to top it off, the order was wrong!!They have a great new building but the service is horrible!!!
