My go to when I’m in the area. Foods always fresh, Krystal always makes sure that we’re taken care of. Great crew, definitely wish that my coworkers were as fun and easy going as they are. Definitely recommend if you’re in the Gambrills area!
Sandwiches were good, as usual. Love the shakes. Best quality fast food around.
Stopped by for late lunch, used the drive thru to order meals for myself and one other person. Food was good and fresh, line didn't take too long considering there's an order station then one window for both the transaction and food, and limited staff in the restaurant. Recommend for a quick cheap bite.
If I could give 0 stars I would! The management at this restaurant is very unethical! I work across the street and spend my money here often but never again!. Crystal should be ashamed of herself, also don’t ever think it’s okay to send your employees to other restaurants to steal items such as straws or napkins without asking the manager on duty anything at all! If I do not get contacted by the district supervisor who they claim doesn’t want to speak to me at all in regards to this situation then he as well “moe” is unethical and does not care about the business. If he does not contact me I will get in contact with the owner.
Stopped by on a Sunday around noon and found it odd that the doors were locked but there were a few people inside and could only order inside if entering when someone else was exiting. No signs on the doors to indicate the inside is closed.

Gotta give it to the small crew at this Arbys. Long line at the drive thru and they just kept rocking it all with good attitudes. Way to go Arbys crew.
The gyros are always a hit, the sliders were dry. We enjoyed the cricket cut fries but they need to scrub whatever they use for their sweet tea! Bitter after taste
Employees are nice....not a fan of the new steak and cheese but the brisket sandwich boy is good
The lady at the drive thru was awesome..very polite and had order quickly... the manager gave me my food and said go to goNot paying attention I didn't have my drink... no biggie they were great customer service..... then I walk in to get drink... the lady is running around getting orders and doing her job with a smile.... the manager however was behind the count on his phone... no acknowledgement that I walked in or that a man was patiently standing to order food. The manager stayed on his phone the entire time talking in front of clients...101 never ever be on your phone in front of clients..with the manager making the tone for the store he should Never be on his phone while in the front of the house, it makes the whole store go down.
