I have ordered at the drive through late last night asking not to place bacon and mayonnaise on my sandwich. I went home and found out my sandwiches with bacon and mayonnaise. I called the store, and spoke to Ms. Maribel who says she will replace my order at the next visit. When arrived this afternoon, manager on duty does not apologize for the error. She gives me a lecture instead for not coming back to the store last night for correcting my order. She showed no respect to me.
Poor experience. They seem to not care about anything. My order included a spice chicken sandwich no mayo, it was repeated correctly and when i get to where im staying it has a lot of mayo on it, if this was the first time this happened not a big deal, however it seems anytime i go to this location or the one on 124 its the same thing, order repeated correctly, rang in correctly but given incorrectly. The woman taking the orders seemed to be rushing everyone in the drive-through line. Their seemed to be a small amount of disdain in her voice for having to work. I will not be back here for the remainder of the next few months i am in this area. I was asked to move forward to the door to wait for my food by the door so i am still blocking the drive-through for someone to walk my food out to me less than 30 seconds later? Get the orders correct for once and maybe people would continue to come here more often.
The door was open but there was no sign of staff inside. Even after calling out, no one answered or appeared to hear us. Not sure why the doors were open for service.
On this day at 9:40 I experienced something I’ve never experienced before. This Wendy’s made me breakfast and lunch combined. It was hot and fresh and soooooo delicious. Even served me a FROSTY!!! And I wasn’t one of those watered down frosty’s either. It was like ice cream. Great job guys you made my day perfect already. ????
Burger was good but fries and nuggets were really old
the best food (fast) that is they used to be super super slow like 5 min wait and 1 or 2 to get food but after the remodel i stop there at least once a day for a 4 for $4 cant beat the fresh fries, burger and nugs. plus real friendly people
order food throughout doordash my food was cold paid for several thing on the menu never got to me i call manager on duty nd i had no luck getting her to get my money refunded to me after couple of times trying to get on the phone i decided to go to the restaurant nd she had an attitude when m trying to explain what had happened nd she was not nice as if i was there trying to get money for free im not sure why managers have to be so rude i will not be going back there they wendys wont hace ny money nd ill make sure ill spread the word as the restaurant is very poorly managed and staff not nice

The Wendy’s App is awful. This Wendy’s location is slow and the drive thru is slow and often messes up orders. No wonder I never order from here. ??♀️
Regular average Wendy'sA little bit salty so if you have a problem with salty stuff remind them even though I don't think they care
