Took my wife to dinner for our first visit. We were so impressed. The food is simply wonderful. The dining room was light and spotless. Everyone in the tables around us was having a marvelous time. It reminded us of when we used to live in Manhattan.
A slice of paradise among rather blah choices in Kentlands. I felt like I had stumbled upon an elegant, secret, local seafood place in Massachusetts. We were actually welcomed upon arrival by staff who actually seemed like they wanted to be there...I know quite rare these days during COVID. The whole place has a nice buzz about it and the interior is delightfully charming.The food choices are eclectic and they have so much more than oysters. There is also indoor and outdoor seating and the bar area is a great place to rendezvous with a date or old friends - truly a gem.
Always great servers, grilled oysters are amazing, menu changes frequently, and outdoor seating available.
Friendly staff, cute atmosphere. I had the jumbo lump crab cake and it was ok. A bit smaller than I hoped, but the main disappointment was the bottom of the crab cake was burnt. It was hard and unpleasant. However, the rest of the crab cake was delicious. It came with a side of seasonal vegetables which were also very good. I also had 2 of their cocktails which were nice, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I had a good experience. I'd like to try the food and drinks again to see if they're better.
Always great atmosphere and wait staff is so friendly! Everything on the menu is fantastic! We have been there in small groups of two and up to groups of eight and they have always been able to accommodate and we're always so helpful!

Came here to kill some time on a Sunday.Staff was very inviting. Wife and I ordered a couple cocktails, both were excellent.Ordered a dozen oysters, some raspberries and whetstones, very fresh. I had mussles for lunch and my wife had the shrimp poboy. The mussles were delicious, but be warned, heavy on garlic (in a good way). The poboy was great as well and the frites were thin and crispy, just the way we like them.Overall, the food, ambiance, service, all top notch.5/5 will be back more often. Thanks for a great experience!
Amazing valentines dinner here. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Beautiful white table cloth restaurant. Great good portions and delicious food. Highly recommend the scallop risotto.

Grilled Oyster is a fantastic little restaurant that's a real jewel in the Kentlands. The menu may be small but it's curated and in great taste. The oysters, of course, were fresh and delicious and the wine menu paired perfectly with their seasonal offerings. It's a very cozy atmosphere and perfect for a local date night.
