Lady Refuses to give pick order for 15 mins... they had two pick up orders prepared, other customer got order right away with no issues. But asked for proof for my order, showed screenshot of online order with Items, still refused... Told Name and Phone #; still held on to single order that was left prepared.After a while it finally clicked to her that Nathan might pronounced differently. Knowing this, still held on to order and got my dad picking up the order to call me.She pick up the call with an attitude "its Natan, right" then hung up. Finally gave the order after all this.
Fantastic food! Stopped by after car shopping in the area & found a wonderful lunch. I had the steak taco salad & the steak was so tender & flavorful. My husband had the beef chimichanga & raved about how fresh everything was.
Music was too loud because its not a club is a restaurant you can't seat and talk?
Let’s talk about customer service here…the lady at front bar is extremely rude and nasty. I wouldn’t spend my money with such a rude place.
We are always looking for a New Mexican spot. This place is in a shopping center, but is not well traveled. When we came in the restaurant, there were about 4 people sitting there that appeared to work there. The dining room is fairly good sized, but we were the only people there. We got a pitcher of margaritas which was really good. I saw something on the menu that I had never seen before. “Market Price” for WINGS?!? so bizarre. Also another thing that was strange was that they had no queso dip. For a Mexican place, I thought queso was a staple. The food was pretty good. Nothing really stood out. I had asked our waitress how long the restaurant had been there and she said 11 years, but not a single person came in to dine, pickup or delivery in the hour that we were there. Glad I checked it out, but don’t know as though I will go back.
Muy mal servicio por parte de las meseras , y cuando uno está tomando si se tomo 5 cervezas le traen una cuenta de cómo 10 cervezas por qué creen que uno está borracho . Muy malo lo que hacen aprovecharse de la situación y la dueña del restaurante se los permite a las meseras ,seguramente se van mita y mita de todo lo que rolan.
Soooooo delicious?, such kind staff ?, very cozy and spacious atmosphere as well, and our server was guided by management due to our language barrier but she was AMAZING without a word needed ? at all, the best wait staff are natural mind readers and she did it excellent for a table with 5 of us? can't wait to go back, might have to be happy hour for that maracuya margarita?
Ordered a wonderful meal, “Lomo Saltado”- a tomato based sauce with juicy steak and green peppers. The portion was a good size, the steak remained tender even with delivery. The rice was fluffy and fresh and a great complement to the dish.
