Few issues- asked for mango drink didn’t have it so they gave me Pepsi I had asked for no ice but has ice in it. Pepsi was also flat- they didn’t even have lettuce available so couldn’t get any on my crunchwrap- no napkins- no spoon or fork for my potatoes- the lady infront of me tried to order food but couldn’t Apperntly the kitchen closed even though it says they close at 2:30amOnly reason I even ate the food and didn’t return it was because Eveythinf else was closed. But now on i will just got to Wendy’s next to it. Cause customer service and food accuracy is always 100X better
I’ve visited this location many times over the years and the new manager Jennifer is awesome. She’s efficient! Not only does she consistently have my orders completed and ready faster than usual, she’s always cheerful and energetic. Thank you Jennifer for being consistent and always friendly.
Employees will steal from you here.Don't use those non-reloadable Visa Gift cards to get food here. I usually get them to help budget. Had an employee run my card then disappear for a second. Checked my balance when I went to get gas because the card was declined, and it was full of micro-transactions for cell phone games.
This location in particular always has significantly better service than others in the area. Drive thru is still fast even with a huge line.
Drive thru girl is rude. She don’t want to work there. Attitude is intense.Food was wtvr, they ran out of a few things. Def not worth the trip at 11pm & 13 degrees outside.
Food is good, but when we get our items home, many of them aren't identified on their wrappers as to what they are, so I have to go through opening up burritos and soft tacos to figure out what to give my family members. Very frustrating!
The worst experience I've had at TB! The food very bland. And basically no meat in my chalupa and burrito. Felt like I ordered veggie stuff, which i did not. Cinnabon delights were hard as a rock. Highly unsatisfied customer!
Love this place. Love, love, love you. Food is always good and hot. Drinks, very good. Customer service, very nice, patient and knowledgeable. I never thought highly of Taco Bell. I was more into the dog in the commercial and never tried them. I thought the food would be cheap and tasteless. Boy was I wrong. I was taken to this store, with my hands tied by a friend. The Doritos taco won my heart. After leaving and dropping friend off, I went back to this location and got the Big Box. Love it. Good place. Good food. Good folks.
I ordered a Pepsi but Instead got whatever this is? It’s not even carbonated. Like who pours this into a clear cup and decides to give it to a customer? It looks like sweet tea gone very bad or just muddy water. I’ve just never experienced this ever so it’s really surprising to me. Like… come on.
So delicious and Satisfying. My go to food. I'm a local real estate agent and I always drop to taco bell after a long tiring day.
