The manager is incredibly rude. I did frequent this Subway because my office is near. Today was a promotion from 10-12 for their new menu which I was not aware of. I witnessed horrible customer service and can not spend my money where you treat people so poorly. #bekind&dobetter
It's the worst place I've ever been. The employees don't use gloves, they get angry if you ask them to toast more bread, and the bathrooms are disgusting. Stay away from this place because the sanitary measures are the worst. I will forward the claim to the health department.
Poor management, poor workers.I always come in there after midnight the same short chubby Spanish Ladie makes my sandwich. Which is rude and just throws the topping on the sub not spreading them out evenly. When I ask her to fix it she acts like she doesn’t know English. If she has a issue maybe she shouldn’t be working at subway. I have complained to owner twice know. Still have the same issue.

I haven’t had any issues with this subway until today. I ordered two footlongs online and everything was a mess. How could someone get an order so wrong from reading it? I ordered an Italian BMT with Italian bread and a Turkey Italiano with herb and cheese bread. I ordered for both of them to be toasted. I open the orders when I get home and the BMT was with Italian Herb and Cheese, not toasted. My Turkey Italian was with Italian bread not toasted and only Turkey was added. No pepperoni or salami was added which is stated that it is part of the order. No pepperjack cheese was added either. I arrive and the lady had me tell her the order multiple times. It wasn’t busy but she was busy having a great conversation with this guy she was tending too. Which I think they didn’t realize that I understood the conversation. If I wanted a Turkey and bread sandwich, I could’ve made this at home. I do not complain when my orders are messed up, but this really upset me because it was not even close to what I ordered.
Customer service was terrible. Asked to place my wrap in the toaster. I received a loud and rude response. I’ve had wraps toasted at several subways in different locations throughout the DMV. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The worst subway store in the DMV. The owner is very cheap. They don’t put the proper food portion in your sandwich. Their breads look and taste different than other subways in a nasty way. The staff look depressed and they yell at you if they don’t understand you. Take your business elsewhere for the money you are spending. Their tuna is not fresh at all
