This is my favorite Subway in Gaithersburg! Must go if wanting a sub. Great service and great quality.

I visit this place a lot since I work close by. I love how the customer service is always awesome and they keep the place well kept regularly. Rates are affordable and they serve generous portions.
This location has reliably made such good salads and subs for years. The employees are friendly and listen well with a smile as I order. Keep up the good job, you and my yummy meals are much appreciated!

This is my favorite subway. Every employee is super nice. I go out of my way to come to this location.
Staff doesn’t wear their masks unless a customer is in store. Employees don’t know how to wash their hands properly. Tried making my sandwich without washing their hands with soap, then gave me attitude for asking them to please use soap to wash their hands. It’s not rocket science to wash your hands with water AND SOAP before handling SOMEONE ELSES food.
This place always has a group of young men who loiter in front of the place and yell out profanities at each other and customers going in. It made me feel very unsafe and I don’t know why the manager doesn’t do anything to stop the loitering. I will never go to this location again!
