Cute trendy new Starbucks with more seating than usual and outdoor seating. Long bench running down the center with multiple cafe tables, perfect for working or studying.
Melvin was incredible. He provides the best customer service I have ever experienced in all my time going to Starbucks. He was an Angel sent from above - one day I came in wanting a venti strawberry acai and they had no strawberries OR cups. Melvin saw how distressed I was from this and he went to another Starbucks to get me a venti cup. He even went out of his way to go to butlers orchard and pick some strawberries for me. He has gone above and beyond the Starbucks mission and upholds all of Starbucks core value.
New fancy starbucks ! Building is so big , it looks like an headquarter ! Its your typical starbuck with their fancy barista who mess up your names !
Love the staff there. Very nice and cordial. Not much options for food, don't know why. The most spaceous Starbucks ever. I hope they bring a lot more food options.
I live in the Spectrum town center and LOVE this Starbucks. Awesome location and I never have to wait for mobile orders, they’re always right on time. The staff are great and do an awesome job even if the location is busy.
The new Starbucks on Spectrum Avenue in Gaithersburg has recently become my favorite place for a cup of coffee and hanging out to catch up on some work.The staff is friendly and courteous. Starbucks team members greet customers in the drive-thru with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, and they always ask how your day is going.What I love most about the new Starbucks on Spectrum Avenue is the wide-open space. There's enough room to meet with friends or work colleagues, and the visiting inside customers are always respectful.5 stars!
Absolutely the best Starbucks. The atmosphere has a calming feng shui, open aired feel, that makes the environment less "coffee house" and more "contemporary meet up." I drive an extra 5 minutes to go through the drive-thru because the staff is extra friendly and helpful. I hesitated writing this review because the morning work crowd is catching on, and selfishly I want to keep my favorite table to myself. But the public should know this is a clutch new Starbucks. Keep up the great work, Watkins Mill!
Yesha (Marianna) is the best barista ever, I was having the worst day ever and she made it all better with her great customer service and thoughtful handling of my drink. I will continue to come back to this Starbucks due to her amazing customer service. No other barista has ever been so great at their job! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

The newest drive-thru Starbucks and and there the friendliest cleanest nicest newest Starbucks store in Northern Montgomery county area and the drive-thru baristas are just the greatest nicest people ever, go homies!
