i had my friend pick up a grande caramel macchiato & the brown sugar shaken drink here for the first time. i usually go to the kentlands location but they were out of oatmilk. my macchiato has no milk and just taste like burnt coffee. no vanilla and no caramel was added. i’ve ordered this drink many many times and it’s never once looked like this even with almond milk. the shaken espresso was also lacking the brown sugar syrup.
Great employees... Please bring back self serve canisters for coffee.
this particular shop feels like the coffee shop around the corner... I have always appreciated the staff that work here who make an effort to connect with the customers.
