Nice staff but service is usually chaotic and slow. I was headed to an appointment this morning and realized I’d arrive pretty early. I placed a drive-thru order only for the drive-thru to take 20+ minutes. So I ended up several minutes late to my appointment because I had to wait on my preordered latte and sandwich. This seems to be a busier location but they don’t seem to have the capacity to support the volume of customers.
I asked for a bag of beans for my home machine (there weren't any on the shelf). The clerk wasn't sure and asked another person, who said they didn't have any. While I was waiting for them to fix my wife's drink, I noticed that there were cabinets below the shelves. I opened one and found several bags of the coffee I wanted. Just not very helpful.
I gave up trying to find wherever they hid this Starbucks inside this shopping plaza. Clearly this is a very exclusive Starbucks, open only to those with the investigative skills to find it. Too bad I was in a hurry, or I would have taken the challenge. I really just needed a quick cup of coffee so I’m going to the next Starbucks over.Hint: put a sign up somewhere
As im in a rush like most people stopping for coffee in the morning. I was really looking forward to getting starbucks but when i arrived they don’t take card payments which i wasn’t aware of só i did not have any cash on me. I got stuck in the drive through because there is no way out once you are there causing me to be late since I still have to get my coffee somewhere else.
Lazy and Woke. A lazy, entitled group of employees who were challenged w/a less than enthusiastic and warm greeting to their customers, struggled w/order accuracy and were completely unapologetic about their errors. Welcome to America!
This Starbucks is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area , the workers there are very positive and make great customer connections. The atmosphere and music makes the shop really fun and inviting. I’m giving this store a four because it is really cold in the lobby and always have to layer up when inside. Other than that the workers and store is one of the best in Moco.

I love this location. The workers are really sweet. The only issue is it’s FREEZING in there. So if you’re going there to hang or study just make sure you layer up. I had layered up but still pretty cold in there. Other than that I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. Thank you for the wonderful service every time.
Nice staff so that's why we always go to this Starbucks the last time we went , we got the wrong order and we used our card and we told the staff who helped us that is was the wrong drink so she made a new drink and was supposed to put the first payment back on the card and she didn't so I got charged for a drink that was made wrong and that she took back. The staff even had a 2nd person to help her reverse the money back to my card but nothing yet and this was on Thurs. We also called the next day and was told that we need to go back to the store so they can put the money back on the card, such a waste of time to go back especially when you are busy.
Excellent customer service every single time. Z is a local celebrity, known for bringing joy to every customer he meets.Bathrooms are always clean. Outdoor seating is nice.Really, my only negative feedback is that the trash cans outside are almost always overflowing. Which blows trash into the parking lot and grass. This is easily fixable though.
