Mediocre coffee, if you drink your coffee black. Even McDonalds has better tasting black coffee.
If I could give them a negative score, I would, I was there at 10:42 am, placing my order for an ultimate sandwich, gave my name and paid, moved on to the end to wait for my order and after 17 minutes I decided to ask an employee for the status of my order and she pointed to a bag without name and that was the reason they didn't call out the name and sat at the counter for more than 10 minutes and she didn't offer me a replacement or anything, I'm done with this company,,never again and I'm telling my family and friends that are loyal to this company with terrible customer service,I hope there's a corporate office paying attention!

A decent size indoors and beautiful patio outside to sit and enjoy the weather. They provide a good quality you'd expect from a Starbucks and being in a busy location as they are, they service you pretty quickly.

Love this location! Very clean and they make excellent drinks here ! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of a couple encounters. I know it gets busy trust me I work in customer service as well, I think her name is Lisa and I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not but during rush she seemed annoyed when people would order and it felt like she was rushing me. I felt like I was being a bother and she was kinda stand offish and rude. And recently I got a drink from one barista who was wearing a Santa hat and my drink had white fuzzy pieces in it. Her name started with an A maybe Andrea or Ariana , but they seemed not connected with customers and they wouldn’t stop to take a minute to help me. Other then that I love this location! But I will not be ordering from these ladies anymore, I have also heard complaints from others about these two. But I will say what has me coming back is the excellent customer service from Wallace ! He is definitely my favorite. Also Bonnie ! She is the best at taking care of the customers and giving that old starbucks feel that I miss so much! She always greets me and my two dogs, she works so hard and definitely keeps the store going! So definitely ask for these two they will take care of you well and Bonnie makes the best drinks !

Very beautiful Starbucks. I love the customer service. I've been there a couple of times in the past few weeks and during the afternoon there's always this barista walking around checking on customers at there table. I remember at one point I saw him scrubbing the floors. I see him wear a bucket hat. I just wish more Starbucks had this type of customer service and cleaning habits. Keep up the good work.
