I normally wouldn’t rate the local Starbucks but each time I’ve stopped here for coffee it’s been a bit lacking. Either the order is wrong, the coffee is weak or the baked goods are stale. Because it’s attached to the Barnes and Noble I’ve ended up here quite a bit and need to keep reminding myself this just isn’t up to the usual Starbucks standards. The best part here is that it accepts Barnes and Noble membership so there’s a 10% discount but you can’t use Starbucks points either.
I came this morning, when there were no other customers and two employees behind the register. I simply ordered two hot drinks and a sandwich and it looked like a friend of the cashier came by. I was still waiting on my sandwich and it was put on the counter and their friend grabbed it, and proceeded to take it out the bag and quickly tried to put it back after realizing it was mine. The cashier tried to play it off as if I hadn’t watched the entire thing. I asked for a new one because it was already touched and I was given attitude. They literally put the old sandwich into a new bag within seconds of me asking for a new one… I just threw it away and didn’t bother asking further more.
This particular Barnes and nobles and Starbucks doesn't seem to have any comfortable lounge seating, just some tables and chairs. Seems unusual

I've been happy with this Barnes & Noble and the Starbucks inside consistently is well staffed with friendly people. Their dessert selection is outstanding! They always have a variety of beautiful treats that are often better than what I can find in local bakeries. It makes me look back to college days of hanging out in bookstores and browsing through something new while snacking on something delicious!
Friendly staff, they accept Starbucks rewards 150 stars, and they have their own secret menu!
slow service, mess up orders often and don’t accept starbucks rewards. trash.

Very disappointing! They don't have many Starbucks items and can't take payment via Starbucks app.
