It is a fast casual hibachi restaurant. I get the chicken with extra chicken and they make it good. It is sometimes too watery and I think this may come from them not draining their veggies or completely grilling them on the flat top. It is one of my lunch spots I frequent and I will continue to do so.
The costumer service is very bad, today I buy food for my family and in my food hear when I returned and the place the manager no believe and the manager gotl angry!!!!?i think is important always the good and excellent costumer service because in my case I never return buy food l..always is important listen the situation and give solution.Terrible the service for the manager.
Always makes delicious food they just need work with the customer service. They are kind of rude when it’s busy but it’s understandable.
best japansese food in the area. super delicious and really cheap for everything you get. my go to 100% recommend
I went there to order dinner today(12/15/21) after ordering I was waiting in line and noticed there were 2 Mouses playing in between the tables across from me! I mentioned it to the cashier and she did give me a refund. Even though they were very friendly, I won’t ever go there again.
I am one and done with this place. I ordered beef and shrimp teriyaki. There were literally 3 small size shrimp and a couple pieces of beef! The rice was very mushy and overcooked not to mention that I had so much rice it could feed 4 people. Never ever going there again. Dont waste your time.
Zero customer service, rude people and unprofessional management. Manager never available, they don't return calls for complaints and they lie when they say will credit your account for missing food from you order. place is dirty and unhealthy messed up with my order couple of times. Will never again spend a dime in this place and I will discharge any family members and friends to participate in this restaurant

This location is getting worse every time I order. The employee is on the phone making personal calls and I cannot make any phone order because it is busy all the time
The quality of the food here is just awful... I got lunch here earlier today, took a couple of bites...ended up throwing the rest of it out... The food tastes like it's been sitting since yesterday, its really disgusting don't waste your money...
