Relaxed atmosphere. Food was great. You pick your toppings after your sandwich goes through the toaster. Only reason I gave 1 less star is because the person adding toppings didn't hear me when I asked for some lettuce because he was busy chatting with a co-worker. The jalapenos in my sandwich were very ?, but don't know if that is normal or just my luck that time. Good thing I didn't mind the extra spiciness.
Rude!!!First & last experience at Potbelly.Don't treat people like their stupid when they are there for the first time & don't realize the sandwiches come hot. Maybe you should take the time to ask of it's someone's first time, especially since hardly anyone else was in the store. When you have 10,000 things on your walls it might be easy to miss a sign.You offered to remake it but manager's snarky & shaming attitude really turned me off & I just wanted to leave. FYI, to speak of someone in the 3rd person as if they are not even in the room when they are standing in front of you-also SUPER RUDE!

Awful customer service. They forget your order and then they say ‘you didn’t order.’
Mobile ordered three times from here. All three times there has been a wait of about 20min more than expected. How is this possible? It’s beyond me and should really never happen. The place is not that busy either when we order. Again, if we place an mobile order I expect it to be ready within a reasonable time frame. The first two times we gave them a pass. Third time was the last. I never write reviews, yet here I am waiting for over 20min again and had nothing better to do.
Used to love coming here but have tried ordering online three times now and they never have it ready on time. I have always waited at least 15-20 minutes because they are prioritizing other orders when mine is already late. Will probably stop trying to give them a chance.
