The only reason I carry out from this one because it is so close to my house, otherwise I would never attempt again to step a food inside this fast-food restaurant again. The staffs are ones of the worst customer service people I have ever seen. Every time I come, I got a staring look, like I was a weirdo from another planet or something. Unacceptable to say the least, I never come ? back here again.

Love this location are the best Popeyes out of the area do 355 in Gaithersburg love love their macaroni and cheese I just wish they could have a bigger parking lot but they're always busy even though I have to wait for my food at least it's hot and good

Hello all! I experienced unprofessional customer service from the front line of this store young team. I was there to get my family food but ended up being talked about in Spanish with everyone turning around looking directly at me and laughing I was uncomfortable and felt the after effects of discrimination also the food was bland my mashed potatoes had a few drops of gravy on it and the chicken was to salty definitely don't recommend the store was spotless clean though I give this Popeyes a 3 1/2 star's.
Misunderstanding with what I ordered. Instead of trying to get me to re-order or fix the problem he just ignored me. Bathrooms weren't very clean.The dining area was clean. The food I did have was great!
Ordered two specials through store website site and went to pickup, cashier informed meThey never received the order but my credit card was charged. Cashier wasn't any help at all. I ordered the same two specials and turned out to be $13.00 more than the online price. Kind of have a feeling why they couldn't find the order. I have been a Popeyes customer for over 30 years. Don't waste your time at this restaurant.
The worst customer service . As a manger of today march 23 2022 at 4:20 I will be contacting Popeyes customer service . Ordered my food around 4:30 waited 20 minutes for my food added on a mash potatoes. Got home started eating my food and realized my mashed potatoes was not in the bag . After they tried to charge me for sauces . I called back and spoke to the manger all she could offer me was a refund of $4 back on my card . Now I have to spend a extra 30 mins for a$4 refund didn’t offer me anything else . I will not be returning to this location.
