Friendly staff, good tasting food. Reasonably priced.
Made an online order, drove all the way to pick up when I get there the cashier tells me they don't have it ready because I didn't pay an advance, and that I have to wait 20 mns more and that they don't have chicken, such a rude person. Come on, what kind of restaurant is that? Customer should have their order ready when you order ahead. Never again will order there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My first time eating at Pollo Campero and the last. This has been the worst chicken/food I have ever tasted in my life. Everything was awful, very dissapointed. There was 2 other customers complaining how horrible the food was. Unacceptable! Never again.

This place is a joke. They messed up my order again! I ordered a 4 piece with plantain and rice. I ended up getting fries as a side. No plantain or rice. Terrible service and attention to detail.
The food is great! affordable and they have carzy offers with UberEat :) I really like this place...I would have loved a better organization on the front head tho. and cheers to Silvia! she is FANTASTIC!
