Ordered a Pizza for delivery and it never came. No notice and the delivery tracker never stated an issue. Please do better and work within your store hours. I’ll probably never order from here again.
I grew up eating Pizza Hut pizza. I really miss their sit down restaurants. Luckily, there is a take out location minutes from my house! BTW - the pizza still tastes as good as I remember! ?
Pizza was cold I pick it up at the schedule time. Pizza was not freshly made, seem reheated because it was dried out. Trash!!!
I love pizza hut but today they made a big mistake in my order... my daughter was hungry and she asked me to order 6 wings the surprise was that the wings were charged for them but they never sent them to me and when I spoke to the store the girl who answered the phone has no idea what customer service means I am very upset with this place. my order was a pizza 8 hot wings and 6 plain wings
Ordered for delivery for someone else and scheduled to arrive at noon. Got notification it was out for delivery at 11:45. 45 minutes later it still had not been delivered. Called to check and they said it was 7 mins away. The location is 5, 10 at most, minutes from the store. Finally arrived at 12:45. The recipient told me the pizza was barely warm and it was uncut. They forgot to cut the pizza and it was out for delivery for an hour before it got there.
Order some pizza today ! Pls teach your staff to learn how to greet people! No smiles in face or nothing. Smiles are free !
I originally ordered for delivery. However they told me it was carryout. So i asked how much I could offer for delivery and they declined stating it had to be done earlier.
The pizza from here always tastes great and the staff is always polite and friendly. The only downside to this Pizza hut is it is less than 3 miles driving distance, but they do not offer delivery. Otherwise keep up the great work!
The pizza was perfect, it was very quickly made and the staff was wonderful. This is honestly the best pizza hut experience that I've ever had.
Bring pizza hot. It was cold, although the breadsticks were warm and the apple turnovers were hot. The pizza seemed like it was reheated. It did not seem fresh. I will not be ordering again. Very disappointed for expensive pizza. No one enjoyed it.
