There's always a bunch of little mistakes at this Boli's but this last time got to me. I waited 1 hour for a pick up order, Large Pizza and Breadsticks, only for it to be messed up. They didn't apologize for the wait and when I got home and called to complain about the mistake they wanted me to come back in and waste more time. I refused so they wanted picture proof before doing anything (annoying but sure I guess). Afterwards they tried to say the picture shows I got the right order and that it didn't take long, I had just left. I was sitting there on my phone since I got there! In the end they wouldn't even refund my card, they just gave me credit for another order. I worked in food service for years so I get mistakes happen. But this place just has too many too often, and they handle things terribly.
The food here is absolutely terrible, the salad contained nothing but lettuce and one pepper. The pizza was also just awful and so was the lasagna. Do not order from this sorry excuse for a restaurant if you want to enjoy what you're eatting! Literally the worst pizza place I have ever seen!
Terrible. Highly disrespectful. Racist don’t value customers or money. I have made several complaints. About there service and business. Owner nor the county cares about there nasty unsanitary habits. The woman who is in management must be owners wife. She has no respect think they can use police as scare tactics. In doing business serving food when customer are unhappy and want refunds. They will lie promise you your money back. Then say they can’t refund it. Owner not there. Come back. All lies. I have video evidence. No one cares
Quality of food is a five but customer service with their delivery is terrible.
I should of read the reviews before ordering here. It’s definitely not worth a one star I order from here 2/26/22 for delivery and it’s horrible customer service! My food was COLD & I got the wrong drinks. And when I order I told them I was paying in CASH and the A gentleman that delivered said he didn’t have any cash on him how are you a delivery driver and don’t have any cash on you he said oh I’ll come back with your Change you are not getting a $10.00 tip and I told him he could take the food back then all of a sudden he found loss change in the car and he keep on asking for a tip multiple times. The fact that he ask for a tip was wrong I won’t be order here ever again I will make my trip to Frederick.Don’t wast your time here!
Good Cheesesteak. I didn't make any special request other than added mayo. I will order from here again. The fries were great, nice and crispy.I'd like to add that the plain cheesesteak is big and you probably can't eat it alone and also that people in this area are very cruel with their reviews, they need to realize 1 star is not the only option available and that they are affecting a small businesses livelihood.
Since the new owners have taken over this location the quality of the food and service has gone down tremendously.. Once I ordered the food, I first had to wait 2 hours and when I asked about the possibility of it the owner said no and hung up. Furthermore, they have many health code violation and should be checked.
The sub was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. If I ask you for no lettuce and no tomato that doesn’t mean put a whole onion on my sandwich that thing was soggy and the steak was cold I should’ve just gone to the giant next-door and bought the bread and steak To make it myself The pizza was 4 out of 10
Their pizza is tasty and great. But I ordered a pizza late at night tonight. I paid. And they never showed up!Even if it is late at night, it's better to just cancel the order, rather than take my money, and not show up. Big inconvenience.I'd willing to change my review score if I get a refund and a free pizza.
The cheesesteak sub was really good but nowadays they are doing not so good with it…I’m so frustrated.. last time in my order I didn’t get lettuce and today’s lettuce isn’t fresh at all..?? and smell like old items….
