WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!This store has the worst customer service possible!!Ordered a pizza and they messed up my order!!!!I called to let them know and the young girl hung up on me. I called back and got automated machine bc they were closed. The girl had all my info up so she could of clearly called back. So the next day, I called 11 times trying to reach a manager, another different young girl answered and kept putting me on hold and then would hang up on me, with one of those times the girl laughing then hanging up on me. 3 of those phone calls I was on hold for over 15 minutes without anyone ever clicking over to talk to me.I have a 1star rating only because there was no option for a 0.Do NOT order from here, the girls are unprofessional and think everything is a joke and the PIZZA TASTES HORRIBLE!!!!WORSY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD!!!
Why does my pizza has no cheese and I never ordered thin dough but it was paper thin… i don’t understand.
Pizza is always good. Service is typically dependent on the person handing over. Except for 1-2 times it’s been pretty good. Food is always warm. Papa Johns generally is more expensive than dominos so for bigger parties I tend to go with dominos.
frustrating, order by app at 6:20 pm, show up to pick up at 7:15 pm at 18568 Woodfield Rd Ste B, Gaithersburg, MD 20879and my order was not ready. The most frustrating thing is that when I arrived at the place everyone ignored me, no one asked what I needed, and when finally one of the employees took off his headphones and asked me what I needed, he went to check and the order was not ready, but no one had the kind enough to tell me, they just left me there waiting for another 20 minutes, when my order was FINALLY ready, they delivered it to me and they didn't even apologize for the delay, in total I had to wait more than 1 hour and 15 minutes for 2 pizzas.
Great taste, fast and friendly service. Love my papa Johns!
No one wears gloves cooking the food. Only person seen with gloves on was touching the food AND handling money without changing gloves. Absolutely awful food safety.
The way they take care of their pizza from the time it leaves the store till it gets delivered to the person I'm not sure what happens but the pizzas are all over the Box piled on top of each other
The kind of people there, so typical of the likes of them. Lazy and rude! You walk in there, no acknowledgment whatsoever then they ignore, stay on the phone with the manager or whatever she calls herself prancing around touching other things then going back to tossing the dough unhygienically!The whole lot need to be fired and replaced with better people who can at least fake decent customer service.

Waited 90 minutes for cheese sticks only to finally get the box full of grease! So bad that it messed up the interior of the car. By then nobody wanted to eat it but still opened the box to see why it was so oily and it wasn't even cooked! Nasty! Corporate will be getting many calls from angry customers. Do not go here!!
