Best Ropa Vieja around. Something for everyone on the menu. And leave room for dessert!

Tasty margaritas! Delicious Calamari!! Snapper and Salmon needed salt. Overall..a great experience. We will be back!!
Paladar is our favorite place to go for an outdoor lunch. Whether in the front or the back patio, the flower boxes and plants are beautiful. Most importantly, the food is delicious and the lunchtime specials are a great value (my personal favorite, the blackened fish tacos - which I have tried at many restaurants and none compare). And don't forget to get an appetizer of Brazilian cheesy bread with chipotle honey - awesome!

We arrived early for our reservation and just as we entered the restaurant, there were two filthy dirty wet towels just laying on the entrance floor. The two greeters just smiled and basically said nothing - after we said that it was disgusting and very unappetizing, he said “the manager was working on it”. Instead of immediately picking them up and apologizing, the dirty towels continued to lay on the floor. The three of us begrudgingly proceeded to the bar for a pre-dinner drink. The drinks were fine, but the bar top where we sat was clearly dirty and needed to be wiped down. Once we were brought to our table for dinner, that surface was also unclean and needed to be wiped down. Our friend excused herself to go to the ladies room and when she came back to the table she said that the ladies room was the most disgusting thing she had ever seen - no toilet paper, paper towels all over the floor, etc. Just as our server was arriving at our table, we all decided to just leave. The restaurant was not particularly busy for a Saturday night at 6p - many staff were just standing around. Clearly, their attention to cleanliness is not a priority as they certainly could have walked around to ensure that all the tables and the bathrooms were clean and ready for customers. This was a horrible experience and we will not be back!
This was our first time at Paladar and we were definitely impressed. Food & drinks were great. We will be back.
We took a break from going to Paladar, because last two times about 8 months ago, the experience was awful...So bad last time, that we left...Sat in the bar for 15 minutes and were never acknowledged..... But.....last night we were very pleased with everything about Paladar...Our waitress was amazing, loved the food and the music was fun!! Maybe there is new management? Whatever it is, keep on doing it...Loved it...
Nice decor and ambience, family friendly and great food. Our server was very nice, and did a great job.
Good value. One of the few places that hasnât overly inflated prices or charge vague fees coming out of the pandemic. Food is very good; value is good; service is good.
