Food was acceptable and delivered at a decent temperature but when I request CONTACTLESS DELIVERY and leave specific instructions to place it on the door mat, I expect it to be followed.
Tonight was my first time going to this restuarant. I had barley eaten all day and I was definitely ready to go to town on some garlic spaghetti. When I went to pick it up, the service was good. I was not unsatisfied until I got home and opened up the exceedingly greasy container and saw a long piece of hair right on top, hanging off the side... disgusting. I was so hungry and paid $13.49 for it so I opened up the foil (separate from the Spaghetti) and had a piece of the garlic bread.. and did not taste any garlic. I ended up heating up frozen garlic bread that I had just bought from the grocery store. I did taste the other side of the Spaghetti and it didn't taste bad but then I threw it all away because I just couldn't get past the thought of the hair. I read the reviews afterwards and realize I probably should have tried the pizza but I just had pizza last night so I wanted something different. I think the spaghetti would taste better fresh and id be willing to try it again if it weren't for the hair because that is just unsanitary. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and things slip but hair in the food is always a long lasting impression.I do not usually leave reviews but I felt strong about this one and I wish you guys the best!

I always order from this place. But I stopped ordering online because they seemed to get my order incorrect half of the time. Ordering online goes through a third party called Slice. They offer a 5% discount at checkout.I didn't know that garlic sauce didn't come with the pizza because I never paid for it in the past. Ever. I did today. It's fine. But I wish these places would be more consistent. The GM made me feel like whatever I had to say didn't really matter. She was more focused on talking over me. So I just let it go and ended the conversation.

Delicious chicken Parmiagiano. Spaghetti and garlic breads very good portions. Then topped off with delicious strawberry cheesecake mmmm
I have been getting the same Greek grilled chicken salad from the Muddy Branch location since I would say 2016 or 17. The Greek chicken recipe they use made it so you didn't even need dressing it was so good and plenty of chicken. I am not sure if ownership has changed or what but now the salad taste just like a grilled chicken salad with barely any chicken. I have order a couple times thinking maybe they just got it wrong or it was a different Chef but nothing has changed and the customer service when you ask about the salad is so rude. You try to be as nice a s you can and you still get a rude answer.I used to have a lot of points accumulated in my Paisanos account too, but since the site changed I lost them all. These points helped out a lot during rough times. All that money spent and my points earned were just taken away. Very disappointed.
