These Bundt Cakes NEVER DISAPPOINT!! I am obsessed with the white chocolate raspberry and cream cheese frosting! I hear the hallelujah chorus as I am getting that first taste of deliciousness - IT’S LIKE HEAVEN!!!
Love there cakes and the employees are nice and wonderful. They just melted in your mouth. No sliverware but it’s best when u take it home and leave it in the fridge to be cold and eat it.
My mom got a set of the mini cakes for teacher appreciation week from her school and I tried one not expecting much (I generally associate Bundt cakes with being hard and stale) but this the fluffiest cake I've ever had! Super moist and the icing is delicious.
Small, takeout only and no utensils. The chocolate chocolate chip bundtlet was moist and fresh. Cake wasn’t too sweet but I’m not a big fan of cream cheese frosting. Love the brand and will keep coming back to try all the flavors
I can't say enough about this establishment. I got a employee, then was called back by the manager Sandy and her employee did something to go over and beyond and it's much appreciated!!! I ordered the customized 12 mini bundt cakes for my Husband's Birthday activity. The website to place the order was easy to navigate. The delivery was on time and the mini cakes were a hit. So delicious.
Cakes are consistent with other Nothing Bundt Cakes shops but the service is not. I called the store and let them know I was on my way and called again to say I may be 90 seconds past 6:30pm. I got to the door before the clock struck 6:32pm and someone looked at me from inside the store for a bit and walked to the back, I knocked a couple times and noone came out or peeked. For someone who clearly came to make a purchase from you to be 2 minutes late to not be acknowledged, clearly they do not care about my business. I will NOT come back to this location. Maybe I will try the Bethesda or Silver Spring locations if I even come back at all. Super disappointing but I guess I saved $50 today. Looking for a new bakery now!

Delicious cakes, but not the best customer service. I called to ask if I could change the flavor of my cake that I was set to pick up later in the day, and was told that, because it was within 24 hours of my pickup time, I couldn't change the flavor. Kind of understandable so, since I really wanted the different flavor, I ordered an additional cake. Then, when I picked up my two cakes, my original cake was the wrong flavor anyway...and the additional cake was wrapped in saran wrap like it had just been taken out of the fridge...I've had better experiences at other NBC locations.
