Attended an event there last week. Food was really not good and the staff were completely overwhelmed. Plus a simple request due to dietary restrictions was rather rudely declined by our server!
Great Cantonese style food. Very delicious. Pricing is on average and with soring inflation prices are reasonable. Will go back for more tasty food. 5 tasty stars.
It depends.... are you getting married and want a 10 course meal in a relaxing fun banquet hall with more than enough parking for guests of 300+? If so, I highly recommend giving them a call for your wedding ? especially for Chinese wedding!! ?
Food and service for their Dim Sum were very good. I would go again.
I missed going to New Fortune for dim sum. Before covid-19, it was fun going for dim sum, waiting for the carts with different foods rolling through the huge dining room. Bringing home take out dim sum is a poor comparison to eating in. We look forward to the day when we can eat the great dim sum at New Fortune.

Customer service is great. However, I’ve noticed the general Tso chicken is really chewy/fatty when I order the lunch special. Just because it’s discounted(per your business), doesn’t mean the quality should be bad. Chicken needs to be better quality.
A traditional dim sum place with carts carrying a lot of different dishes! Needless to say, everything was delicious (though the duck was cold) and filling
I was the photographer for a wedding anniversary and I have to say the low ratings don't give this place justice. The food I will give 5 stars but the location presentation takes it to a 4. I believe the location again be organization more. I know this location is recovering from a loss from covid but this is an opportunity for the business to shine like it did in the past. They did a great job with the food and food presentation. I think being more attentive and caring about what your customer think is very important for the longevity this business.
