Worst Mcdonald’s experience i have ever had. I went and got a mcflurry and they at first gave me a dirty spoon and second when i got home i realized they put the top for another drink on the mcflurry top. So i couldn’t use the mcflurry spoon.
Convenient for a quick cup of coffee, but nobody seems to understand "only creamer" or "no sugar"
Dunno what is up with this McDonald's, but they got orange hazard stuff on the tables and chairs and the bathroom looks worse than a truck stop. Has the floor been swept this week?
Very friendly McDonald’s. Just moved to town and have had a few good experiences with fresh fries. IMO, having fresh crispy fries is what sets one McDonald’s apart from another, it’s been so good so far.
Ewwww there was a long piece of hair in my breakfast burrito and of course No staff member is wearing a hair net that’s super unsanitary I couldn’t stop throwing up! I know the restaurant industry has been tuff with short staffing and what not but that’s no excuse for poor safety hygiene!
Food tastes good, just make sure you don't eat too much. Ice cream machine's usually broken.
This McDs franchise is clean and quick to deliver curbside. The crew is typically courteous and friendly. My only complaint is that it's not the easiest restaurant to get into. If you plan on using either the drive though or curbside pickup then you just enter from Darnestown Rd eastbound.
I came here yesterday afternoon(1/3/22) and ordered a chicken nugget happy meal with apple juice box. I asked for a small cup with lid (my toddler will squeeze all the juice out the box). The lady gives me a small cup no lid, I ask again for the lid and she gives me a lid that doesn’t fit the small cup she gave me. she refused to give a cup that had a lid to match. I also ordered a large drink and didn’t get straws for me or my baby. Spent 10 dollars and couldn’t even enjoy our lunch because they didn’t give us the proper utensils. Never again.
This place is hit and miss, used to get pretty consistent food about a year ago. Just had a big Mac and 10pc mcnuggets and both were pretty gross, big Mac had almost no sauce and the patties were like cardboard, same with the mcnuggets...totally dry and were just about cold by the time I ate them... taste was totally off.. mcdonalds app getting deleted for a few months...
24 hr service is really bad. I'm pretty patient but EVERYTIME I come here during the night, I feel like there excuse to not taking a order is always "System down Cash Only". And when i do get my food it's usually over salted or pretty long wait.
