Ordered two breakfast meals with coffee. Asked for creamers for the coffee but were not included, so we had to go back and get them. The drive thru attendent just handed us coffees without telling us which was decaf and which regular. Worst part was that the decaf coffees were less than lukewarm. Very disappointed in this visit. We dumped the coffees and went to a Starbucks.
Most unorganized place I have seen. Boxes of sauces setting open every place. The only keeping it from getting a 1 was a very essential cashier.
Terrible customer service....expectations is already low as far as how they treat customers, they just keep forgetting items in my order. You can be mean to me but please don't miss any items in my order. That's all I ask
The manager is rude, tried asking for fresh fries and iced tea her response was they are fresh with a frown. Will not ever go back, she refused to trade my very warm fries at the register and get me tea from the back due to the time being 12am and its now 7pm on the label on the tea containerin the front. I hadn't eaten all day and was in a moving truck, my fish was over cooked smaller than usual and cheese not melted all for $12.00, oh had ordered a frie for my daughter as well. Never went back in as I did not want to argue with anyone and she seemed confrontational. Again, avoid the lady with the blondes hair, she will not assist you!
There were 4 cars in front of me and I was in the drive thru for 27 minutes. You have got to do better, plain and simple.
I don't recommend this place it took too long to attend you. It shoul be fast food, instead of it its delay food.
For what it is, this is solid.Yes it's junk food, but the place is quick, clean, and courteous. Whether you go in or do the drive though, you get solid service and the "expected" food. At the end of the day I love their food, so this is exactly what I want!Don't be rude to fast food workers, if you can't cook for whatever reason, respect those who actually do a good job!
This is the online service review I called and someone picked up and I was extremely nice but as soon as I finished my question I heard beep beep beep and nothing and then my sister called 4 times and no one even picked up
I used to frequent this McDonald's but no more. Purchased from Mobile App a few nights ago, used the deal for large Free French Fries. Got to drive through, a guy was taking orders (not through the speaker). Says something's wrong with MobileApp and I'd have to pay at the window. They charged $3.80 (the amount of the french fries). Total of $8.06 was charged to my bank when all was said and done. Called that McDonald's 30 minutes later and nobody answered, just said Mailbox was full. Hope that extra $3.80 was worth it, I will never go back.
All I can say is I've been to other McDonald's and the food will smell Terrible or like shet. This mc Donald's actually wants to get there order right to not deal with customers. So far it's pretty good.
