Why is indoor dining still closed here. It's july 2022. All the other ones nearby are open. Ended up taking it and eating it at another McDonalds location. Won't be back here.
Changing my rating. I wish there were zero star because after my terrible experience with the manager. He was very defensive and rude. When my nieces and nephew came. They want hash brown. So i went there and told them I needed four. Instead they gave me one, thats fine because they were leaving anyways. I looked into my bag and there were no hash browns. I instantly drove there to show him my receipt and i have to wait 10 min for them to get my order right. He was very defensive to me and one of the employees said i didn't order hash browns. He literally showed me the receipt and said there are one. I gotten very upset that the employee lied about it firstly and secondly I been rudely spoken to my the managerSecondly, this morning i ordered a caramel frappe, and they told me at the last minute that the machine isn't working so I have to get my money back. The worst part is that they gave me 1.13 when they should give me 4.14 from the start. This is absolutely the worst service I ever had. Starbucks has the best coffee so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never returning here ever again. If you get your money back because of last minute mistakes, be sure to count your money because they will short change you.
The employees at this location are hands down the best! The ice cream machine has never been broken or down for cleaning! My orders are always correct even when busy!!
This is the worst McDonald’s in the Gaithersburg, Germantown, and Rockville area. Their food is always stale. The kiosk are always out of service. They’re slow in the drive through and inside. Once they were so slow that I had ordered breakfast and by the time they got to me, they had to cancel my order because breakfast wasn’t being served anymore. I’ve actually tried McDonald’s close to them to prove how nasty their food is. They reheat everything. They’re still in business because of the schools and the convenient location they’re at. But this McDonald’s is atrocious.
Who ever was working on 06/26/22 around 1am, they did not do a great job. I recieved my order poorly. First of all when they handed me my caramel sundae, the lid wasn't working because they poorly made the sundae with a lot of caramel it was literally leaking out the cup and made a mess while handing it to me, they also messed my order up, served me burnt food, and I also found hair in my food. Obviously their job is soo hard, I feel sorry for them. I don't know how mcdonalds allow "THAT" type of people to work there and allow them to serve food like that. The standards of food was disappointing and unsanitary. This location definitely needs improvements and training on how to prepare and serve food correctly.
The manager was just rude, then I asked for fries with no salt, got salt and ask for new fries. Just got the old one refried. When I asked for a refund he denied me. Wrost experience ever.
If you are going to be cash only in the drive thru. Maybe put a sign up, so people aren’t sitting in the line for 10 minutes. Not rocket science. McDonald’s customer service has gone out the window years ago.
Memorial Day was the worst day to visit this McDonald’s, they made me wait for more than 40 minutes and then when they gave me my order it was incomplete and made me wait even more!! I just hate this location I will go to the one in 355 This McDonald’s is just the worst.
It was my first time there. I love the MC chicken great service and a very clean bathroom and floors
Excellent customer service and they also easily redeem free perks coupon there with no hassle and food is fresh!
