New to the area and ordered lumpia for pick up. No one acknowledged me when I walked in and I stood at the counter for some time before I was helped. When I was finally helped and received my lumpia they weren't in a container and simply placed in a tray sitting in the bottom of a plastic bag. I was looking forward to Filipino food near me and was extremely put off.
Won’t being ordering here again, they do not like when you order their appetizers and not a main dish, eventually they will not pick up the phone if they recognize your phone number from previous orders. Very sad.
I had lunch with my family at your restaurant on March 1. It was to celebrate a special occasion. We were very, very disappointed with the quality of the food.Moreover, presentation was beyond Bad! Our food were served in to go containers. Just imagine pork sinigang served in a plastic greasy container with plastic utensils - yikes! It was impossible to enjoy it! This is just an example but I could go on and on and fill up this entire page with my grievances.No excuse for serving food in to go containers! And don’t even mention That this was due to covid! Eating food from plastic and styrofoam are far more unsanitary to me!With that said, My family and I will not go back there again!Sorry MG, but you just lost one of your good customers!B. Awesome filipino food, great service. The buffet was the highlight for me, but since Covid it's no longer aroun, hopefully that can make come back.
The quality of their food is very good. I live nearby, so I tried some of their popular items.Beef bistek- It’s a steak with lemon sauce and probably my favorite dish there. I love the quantity and also taste of the steak.Pork bbq- it’s good and well worth the price.Pancit - mix noodles with Chicken and shrimp. Did not like it very much and the shrimp tasted weird.Crispy pata - fried pork leg, My least favorite dish, It does not have any particular flavor and had a very bad pork smell. It’s also way overpriced according to me.
this is where you can get very authentic Filipino dishes. a very simple place. owner named his store after his son. nice move there.
