I’ve been a customer of Manhattan Pizza for several years and the food has always been great. The customer service is average as sometimes they are not very nice on the phone but I have allergies to certain ingredients and I can eat certain menu items from them. Today, I ordered my usual pizza and I had a reaction. I called to report it and they did not take accountability for my allergic reaction. This was very disappointing as it might not have been with the food itself but cross contamination. I asked if they would remake another item so I could have a meal and Mohammed checked with someone else and he only said, sorry. This comment and no further action did not make me feel valued as a long time customer.
Good dinner menu and even better pizza. Kids love this place after visiting the trains. Delivery guys are always on time when we order in.
My mother ordered pizza for her class (she’s a teacher) and she said this was the best pizza she’s had since she’s lived in NYC. The pizza came quick and hot and every one of her students said it was the best pizza they’ve ever had. I was able to have some leftovers ?. Keep up the good work.
Do not eat here workers are not following covid protocols. Only 3 employees were wearing masks. The people preparing the food were not wearing masks. My wife just got home and we just threw $50 of food straight into the garbage because we do not want covid in our house!!!
Just ordered from them for the first time. Absolutely incredible. OMG the calzone, the subs, the falafel is house made and spicy. just fantastic. staff is so nice and accomodating. will def. be ordering from thwm again!!!
I love Manhattan Pizza And Pasta! There service is quick and friendly! And there meals are so delicious . There pizza really does taste like classic NYC pizza! I really recommend going here!
Cook licking fingers and playing in nose and didn't wash hands not one time, he also was handling finish product. Please be careful on what you eat people. Folks do not care about you! Just NASTY.
I made an online order at 5 almost 6 a few days ago, the order was supposed to be ready between 6:20-6:30 and i went to pick it up around 6:22. I went to start eating with my friends and we noticed the pizza and the wings we ordered were cold and dry, like leftovers. We went back downstairs to complain to the restaurant and they insulted and threatened to call the police…. all because we wanted the “quality food” we thought we paid for. Never order from this place, you’ll be highly disappointed!
I don’t even know where to start, my last night in Gaithersburg, Maryland and I wanted to to treat my nephews and niece to a pizza and some Buffalo wings only for my hope to be dashed! I ordered an extra large pizza and 10 pieces of Buffalo wings and a cold drink. I even went to pick up 5 minutes before the time frame given me and the entire order was as cold as a leftover pizza and chicken the drink was not even cold. I called their number provided and the lady at the end of the line was very apologetic but when I went to the store to return the pizza, the so called manager and the entire crew were very rude and unprofessional! To the point where the manager was insulting me and even asked me to leave or he calls the police! I was not only shocked but livid and all other emotions you can think of. I told him,(the manager) he will ever regret treating me poorly like that! I’ll make sure none of my family members that live next door and my nieces college friends that normally patronize the joint will never go there again! I already told my niece who was with some friends and the even went on their review page told me I’m not the only customer they treat like that. I know it’s a franchise and he thinks that he’s able to raise the money to buy it so he can treat people like that!!! One thing for sure he doesn’t know who I am and what I’m capable of doing!!! Today, 09/29/2921 marks the beginning of his downfall!! People beware of Manhattan Pizza and Pasta in Gaithersburg-312 E. Diamond Ave, they are rude and their customer service is mediocre. The manager thinks he a still in Mexico or El Salvador or somewhere in South America and can be rude to customers!
I usually do not write reviews, but the customer service at this restaurant is awful. Call to get the time frame on my delivery and the person that handles the delivery orders was very rude , does not know how to talk to customers. He needs to work on his customer service skills. I would never order from this restaurant again!
