The seating is horrendous. Not enough space. The outdoor seating is even worse with unclean tables. Outdoor seating also automatically converts your order to a to-go order with no waiter service. But they didn't bother to let me know and asked for a tip anyway. The food is overpriced. The water machine sensor doesn't work. The reviews about the lady at the reception being rude and hard to understand are true. Poor experience here. Won't return.

First time ever having hand pulled noodles and it was fun to see someone working with hand pulling noodles in the window. The gentleman behind the counter was very patient and helped us decide what to get since there wasn't a line behind us.So there's hand pull and knife sliced noodles. The hand pull are thin like a spaghetti/lo mein noodle. The knife sliced are thicker noodles with uneven cuts and fairly chewy. Also your options are soup or stir-fried with your choice of protein or vegetable. All three of us opted for the stir-fried version which came with tons of the protein you selected and lots of veggies. I got the beef ($12.50) which was a little chewy but a generous portion. The seafood ($12.50) and the shrimp ($12.50) were also good sized portions. The sauce is thick and mild/bland, we chose to use a lot of their hot sauce.I also ordered the chive pork dumpling which you can get steamed or pan-fried. We went with the pan-fried which had a nice crispy skin and used their dumpling sauce with their hot sauce - it was a delicious combo! We left very full and satisfied - if I'm back in the area I would definitely stop in again!

The beef soup with hand pulled noodles is phenomenal!!!!! Wow! How have I not tried this place before?! I was very impressed with the light but flavorful broth, the beef practically melts in your mouth, and the vegetables are cut small enough to eat comfortably. Add just a touch of chili oil and it truly elevates the dish! I will definitely be coming here more often. It is absolutely delicious and authentic! 5/5 stars!!

Hands down the best noodle spot in town! I literally eat here about once a week ?? pan fried dumplings are good, beef noodle soup is great, any of the fried rices are exceptional as well. Can't go wrong with this place...trust!

Got the soup noodles, dry noodles, pork/chive fried dumplings, pan fried noodles, and scallion pancakes. All were amazing. Noodles were chewy and "Q". Dumplings definitely homemade and delicious. Scallion pancakes on point and perfectly crispy. Very hospitable customer service too

This place is amazing. The broth is light and aromatic. I recommend putting in a little chili oil! The portions are HUGE. You can easily split an entree for lunch. If you do, don't miss out on sides: the scallion pancakes, dumplings, and buns were all amazing.

The lady at the counter is OUTRIGHT RUDE. I ordered a brisket beef dry noodle and she gave me soup noodle. I realized that soon after and said it seems like you gave me the wrong noodle but it is okay. She mentioned literally nothing as if it was nothing? And then later she gave me a dirty look and almost screamed at me when I just asked if they are really briskets and she said ‘yes! they are. Because you ordered brisket beef so they are brisket!’ Without even checking it. Hello? You already gave me a wrong noodle? These so called briskets look like intestine and it was all fat. Broth was just bland with MSG taste. Big thumbs down. I will never come back!

Great variety of noodle dishes , soup, stir fry, fried rice, vegetarian or many proteins to pick from --- delicious soups and all kinds of noodles. In RIO across from Dick's. Comfortable inside or easy take out too.

Figured I’d give them a try. Ordered combo fried rice and my rice was still wet and really oily. Bit into my chicken and felt like biting a ginger root. Tough rubber. Didn’t even bother eating it. $13 gone

Ordered the Brisket Noodle Soup. After removing all the FAT from my protein this what is left to eat. How do you justify the $13 price tag for 5 small cubes of brisket and pasta. Total Rip Off!! NEVER AGAIN!
