**Please see my picture attached.**First of all, this is the most disgusting and unhygienic thing I’ve ever seen in my entire life. This is NOT okay. I thought it was a cup of pee. Why would I want to put my hands inside a cup of soap that everyone else who uses the restroom is putting their hands in. You’re telling me that this restaurant can’t afford to buy a hand soap from the store for their customers? Just not okay.And now for the real reason they’re getting a one star: my grandmother’s birthday party was in one of the “VIP” rooms of the restaurant. We had the reservation PAID until 9:30pm. When you think of a VIP venue, you think for you and your guests only. We still had 40 minutes of our reservation remaining when the hostess sat other people in the room we had reserved for our family only. In my opinion, if you’re going to charge for a VIP experience, the least you could do is allow your guests to fully enjoy the room they are paying for and not feel rushed to leave out. The manager was highly unprofessional and lacked any sort of customer service skills. She basically called my uncle a liar when we brought it up to her attention that our reservation was set until 9:30. I recommend for future events, as an establishment, asking your customers to sign a written agreement. The manager whose name I believe was Elizabeth, ended up removing the charge for the room from our bill which I appreciate.However, my family and I will not be returning to this restaurant. My grandma’s birthday party was supposed to be an intimate family moment and making us feel rushed by bringing people into the room we were paying for was not the way to go about this.
I went with my friends last night to eat and had 2 margaritas after we were done, we went inside to dance for about two hours if not more when we went to the bar to ask for water cause we were sweating and hot one of the bartenders told us that we were intoxicated and we couldn’t get not even water served to us. I complained to the manager and she apologized and the bartender was moved to do something else but this was my first and last time going there!!
Tuve una terrible experiencia soy cliente regular del Restaurante incluso celebre una ocasión especial en febrero del presente año la chica que está de encargada es una grosera la del cabello teñido de azul no tiene educación ni forma de tratar al cliente me siento súper molesta porque llame incluso antes de llegar quería pasar a cenar el personal de seguridad no se encontraba en la puerta y una de las meseras decian que teníamos que esperar por seguridad es entendible pero finalmente aparece el de seguridad ella empieza a llamarle la atención y no nos atiende le dije que lo hiciera después no en nuestra presencia y me dijo que si no le hablaba diferente no me atendía lo siento creo que al personal se trata en privado el seguridad me conoce quería dejarme pasar ella me habló groseramente y le respondí lo correcto yo soy cliente frecuente como consumidor siempre pago buenas cuentas y reconozco cuando me dan un buen servicio con una muy buena gratificación pero no vuelvo a regresar a ese lugar ya me habían comentado otras amistades sobre esa señorita Jenny se llama ahora me toco tener esa mal experiencia no vuelvo a recomendar a mis amistades del área visitar este restaurante y un centavo no lo vuelvo a gastar jamás en ese lugar mientras siga ese mal servicio….
Celebramos los 15 años de mi hija en La Villa Restaurant el pasado mes de mayo. Fue una grata experiencia, excelente servicio al cliente, desde la administración hasta el último empleado, todos muy amables y profesionales. Escogimos el paquete de decoración el cual estuvo muy bonito y conveniente. La comida fue servida a tiempo y a buena temperatura. Fajitas de pollo, res y unos camarones mariposa. Plato San Luis, muy bueno! Estaba delicioso, todos nuestros invitados saborearon este platillo haciendo alarde de la buena calidad. Personalmente recomiendo este lugar para pasar a comer algo rico o celebrar un evento familiar o profesional. 10 de 10.
This place was empty when we got there. The server was very attentive and fast. I ordered a taquito that wasn't the best I've had. It was falling apart and it was hard to eat, but it takes good. My friends' good was better than mine.At the end of the night they had a DJ which was fun, but pretty loud.
La Villa has a nice private room for group meals and meetings. ROTARY CLUB OF GAITHERSBURG meets here. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. We enjoyed several dishes from the menu. The dining room is pleasant too.
Really awful first and last time going there! First of all we just came in to the restaurant and none of the employees came to say hello and the first thing they said was that we had to wait outside for 6 minutes because they haded to organize a table when they literally had a lot of empty tables. Second of all we came there as a family and they literally told one of my family that he was “drunk” and that they needed to kick him out because he was “drunk” and literally told us in front of our face that if we wanted to eat we could eat but they had to kick him out!! Like ok Karen he is not a dog so he could be waiting outside while we eat and he don’t!! But the good news is that we all left that place and we are never going back there!!! They don’t have the ability to greet a customer and serve them right! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go my order is messed up, missing something, and the portions are so small. Last time I went 04/24/2022 i ordered over the phone and they only made and put on the order one thing out of the three items I ordered over the phone. To then get to the restaurant to pick up and seeing that the order I requested over the phone was not complete I told them to add the rest of my order that I will wait and pay. They told me 10 minutes, I wanted 20+ minutes for one thing and ended up walking out without my food because they took to long. Mind you it was only 5 people eating inside.If you are not fluent in Spanish good luck getting what you want.I want to love this place sooo much because the food is DELICIOUS.
Food wasn't that great, the portion size wasn't enough for the price and the food was luke warm. I also don't agree with the automatic gratuity. Probably my first and last time here.
Al llegar nos ofrecieron una mesa que luego nos dijeron que ya estaba reservada y era mentira, fue porque en mi grupo solo eramos 3 y los que querían la mesa eran 5. Eso no se hace porque todos somos clientes y merecemos respeto y el mismo trato.
