My wife and I stopped here for a late dinner and drinks. The house Margarita were very good. The quesadilla and chicken special dinner were both excellent. Make sure to try the rice and beans, and get the guacamole with the house made chips.
Thank you for all the customers I have served and helped in the community I apologize but then I don't Tracy is a racist she called the police on me for simply walking behind a beer to let her know a table was dirty so I can be properly clean for the next day. Everybody else here far as the food is good people except for Tracy and ash. I'm sorry to the rest of Ash's family you guys are amazing really but Ash did not understand my situation and was using me.
The food is amazing, it's too bad it's served in what seems like a sketchy bar. Don't worry you probably won't get stabbed on your first visit.
Limited menu than other same type Mexican restaurants. Food was average but fast. Service was very nice but slow.....not her fault as she was only one working in a steadily increasing busy bar. I'd come back
It was a last minute choice and I wish we never chose it!!! The food was horrible!!! The wings were stale, the burger my daughter got was burnt and we threw it away, my Texas platter was the worst so called Mexican food I’ve ever gotten. (also thrown in the trash) I always believe in saying one good thing with a horrible experience so all I can say is my coffee was good but never again, I can’t believe what I’m about to say but I’m sure a $5 box from Taco Bell would’ve been better than this....
I just had an exceptionally tasty meal at La Mexicana. The salsa was so fresh and flavorful and just the right consistency, and the chips were thin and crispy. I ordered the veggie burrito, which was a very generous size, and again super flavorful. I'm stuffed now because I couldn't bear to leave anything on my plate. Also they play good music. If I ever pass through the area again, I will definitely stop in.
Great food, the steak burrito was huge and the steak tender and flavorful. Order the cheesecake and was happily surprised how delicious it was.
