I love bubble tea, but I hate the service and policies regarding toppings. If you're gonna charge me 95 cents for each topping give me my money's worth. If there's a maximum amount of toppings there should be a maximum of how much money I spend on them. I'm tired of paying extra for something that's gonna leave me disappointed.
Thoroughly unsatisfying bubble tea. We got various types of milk tea - all the flavors tasted more or less the same, and the milk has a weird aftertaste.
Lots of delicious flavors of Buble tea. It's a fun drink for kids with jelly and bubbles. This place is popular and always busy but the staff is great and very fast in serving.

This is my go to location for KFT although there's another location closer to me. The RIO location is easy to access as there's garage parking and plenty of curb sidewalk space.This location is a bit busy cause of all the folks going to RIO. But they're pretty quick at mixing the drinks. I like that you can adjust ice and sugar levels cause I generally get mine with the lowest amount of sugar added. I do get different things each visit so not sure how that factors in comparing to other reviews saying they're inconsistent. But I've always enjoyed my drinks from this KFT location.
Their service is very good, I especially like their taro milk tea, the taste is very good, and they also have yogurt that can add a lot of small ingredients to the yogurt, and the price is not expensive! I like it very much and I will continue to support it! They have a fried chicken restaurant next door, fried chicken and taro smoothies go well together, forgive me, I love their taro drinks.I hope to keep it up, there will be more new drinks in the future！！！
Never thought I would be a fan of bubble tea, but I really love this place. They have converted me into a fan. Wintermelon milk green tea is my favorite and I get it at least once a week as a treat. My husband on the other hand loves trying different flavors and, guess what, they're all very tasty. Highly recommend

Nice place. The teas are really good, but pricey. No dining in, just take out. Hopefully that will change soon.
Good service,good drinks, takes a little long for them to prepare drinks (10-15minutes at times) but overall I would recommend.
