I had a rather horrible experience with a snobby employee, who obviously didn't want to be there. He was rude, unprofessional and ignorant with me. This was my first time at Jersey Mike's Subs in Kentlands, Gaithersburg and it will be the last time. This incident ruined my whole day, I've never been treated this way... Just for the record I did dispose the sub he prepared. I normally don't post bad reviews, however this extraordinary incident deserves to be announced for innocent customers, like myself.
Food was fine, met expectation but with only 3 guests eating in and 4 employees most tables were in need of wiping down and 2 tables were in such bad repair if you were to shift the legs you would probably tip over your drink.

So tired of them giving us the wrong order. We order online, they get type written printouts of the order and never fails, at least 1 9f the sandwiches is wrong. Clearly attention to detail is not something this business is able to achieve. Guess this is my last order because my patience has finally worn out.

Had a really bad experience here. Spoke with manager who did apologize and said he’d send some free sub coupons. Never got them. Disappointed again. We will not be giving this Jersey Mikes our business anymore. Will go to Milestone instead.
Good and bad, Good:Went at 7 pm I was the only customer for 5 minutes and only one showed after me. All of the kids working were upbeat and positive, the single sub order ultimately was great.Bad: 17 minutes with 4 kids on staff to make 1 sub! There was alot of back and forth from kitchen and 3 different kids worked on the sub. Even when I said no dressing, peppers on one half to all of them for dressing and hot peppers, in the scheme of life no big deal but at 17 for one sub and 4 workers get it right. I asked if they had military discounts nobody knew. I live an,hour away so drop in there when I can but now I will just find one closer to my residence, I had heard the owner hired local kids which is why over the years I have had huge orders for parties, myself thousands. Sub while soggy from dressing and stuff I did not want was still a great sub with nice, but distracted kids.
