I ordered a veggie steam dumpling. I have ordered it before. Today the sauce that comes with the duming seem to be left over from some one else's. Normally it is very clear wiyh a few specks of garlic. Today is totally different. I called, the person said it is pepper. I looked at it, some were pepper but other veggie is there. Judge for yourself.
This place charges you a tip to your card even though you have already given them a tip one day I checked my account statement and I charged more and my receipt did not appear careful do not buy here..
Be careful these place charge you more than what they tell you on your order please check how Michel they charge you
Worst Chinese food ever. No wonder it was empty.
The customer service representatives are horrible. No good customer service at all. I have been their customer for over 2years but I always overlook whatever behavior they put up but this is the height of it. They insult customers and always feel nothing is gonna happen. This particular lady treats customer as if she doesn't care if people dont patronise them. Imagine asking a question and her response is "go and ask the owner". That's insultive. If you dont wanna be insulted, Do not patronise them
Customer service is HORRIBLE. It's time for a change. They take your money and are so unappreciative when given your receipt. I am asking ALL who reads this to stand by me. DO NOT PATRONIZE HUNAN EXPRESS. HUNAN EXPRESS OWNERS NEED TO HUMBLE THEMSELVES.

I was so unhappy i usually call Hunan cafe the one in north Frederick ave but they were close on Monday so I search on Yelp and found Hunan express I thought they were the same restaurant but when I went there to get the food and brought it back home it tasted horrible I had to throw all of it in the trash I highly recommend not coming to this place.
Worst Chinese food anywhere. Never thought food could be made this bad. Wasted 30 bucks last night and threw away everything. Highly recommend that you stay away from this place …period!
I don’t know how other people found food here good. I got general tso’s chicken and it tasted like it was fried in black used up oil.
