Best burgers but now $10+ per burger. Still worth the price for occasional treat of high fat and high calorie meal.
Entire store was very very clean. Bathrooms looked very well taken care of— a nice surprise for a fast food establishment. Food was delicious. One of the better five guy locations I’ve been to.
Don't try to ask them any questions, they can't communicate effectively and do not have answers for anything more complex than the most basic instructions.I visited this location to pick up a milkshake the staff had mistakenly forgotten to include in the order my husband had picked up earlier that day (but which had been paid for). Since I am pregnant and cannot risk any food-borne illness or infection, I sought assurance from the staff that their milkshake products are pasteurized. After speaking to two staff members, I was unable to receive an answer. It is UNACCEPTABLE that staff operating in a food establishment cannot answer simple questions such as whether or not the ingredients are pasteurized. I searched for this information on the Five Guys website, but could not locate it. The level of English of the staff was appalling - I do not understand why staff who cannot adequately communicate in English are staffed to front-facing customer positions. However, even after I explained what "pasteurized" meant in Spanish, they still did not understand/know if their products are, in fact, pasteurized. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told one of the two staff was the manager. As a customer, how can I escalate an issue or obtain an answer if the person who is supposedly in charge has equally ineffective communication skills?! Will not return.
I've been to this location probably 3 or 4 times over the past year. No complaints, each time was a good experience.Pretty much what I expect when I go to 5 guys. Good service, clean, good burger and fries. If I could give 4.5 stars I would.
Five Guys burgers are awesome - they have a simple menu and do it well with real ingredients. Most of the five guys you can see where the food is being prepared since they have nothing to hide,my family love it
This five guys is okay. It has the bags of potato oils piled on top of each other. They even have the same menu options as the one in Germantown. And displays of old news articles and comments from critics on the wall. But what's different about this five guys from the one in Germantown is that they don't have any free ? peanuts that they give out. So if you feel like having five guys for breakfast, lunch, or ?, you can choose between the one in Germantown or this one in Rockville.
Stopped in for lunch and OMG I'll never do that again! Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and a little fry and a drink. I got to work and I INHALED the delicious food and got the itis. Lord, it took all of my will not to close my office door and take a whole nap lol. Great food and fast friendly service. Next time, I'll go after work.
Did takeout on a snowy evening. Online ordering was Ok and food was ready when we got there, except for fries which I liked so they were fresh.
I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:44. When I arrived at 6:50 the food had yet to be started. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while my wife and crying baby waited in the car. I typically don't complain about this type of stuff but this is not the first time this has happened at this location. The food tasted great, just wish the service was better.
love their food, very generous with fries portions
