They said 25 minutes for 5 papusa's and it took them 45 minutes. Ok no problem not the end of the world. But when my daughter inquired about her order after 25 minutes, the woman looked at our receipt, said we never got the order, put the receipt under the register and just went on to the next customer. No explanation as to what was going on. We finally got our order and they missed a papusa.

THE WORST PLACE TO ORDER FOOD FROM. NOT THE FIRST OR SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENS BUT THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR AN HOUR AND HAVE MADE 100 CALLS WITH NO ANSWER OR JUST IGNORING THE CALL. JUST THE WORST WILL NEVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN! Awful, just awful. Not only were neither of our meals correct, the meat was so over cooked and burned we did not eat it. I have never had a pupusa as bad as these. Very chewy (how that is even possible I don't even know), not much filling, bland and very greasy. We ordered take-out, so I have comment on the service.
I had a dine in it was wonderful the service was amazing and they treated me so nicely I would totally reccomend to eat here!
