Ordered a Macchiato and got a Latte. Dude working at 1030 pm on a Monday said it's the same. Dunkin' we got a problem
Very very unprofessional!!How can you make someone wait more than 10min when their order is already prepared and behind the desk?There were 6 associates all busy!! None of them would stop 2 seconds to ask if I need help even though I seemed confused cause that was my first time in the store.You guys need to be more professional and care more about your clients!! I had to stop one of the associate “who was apparently too busy to help” and ask him what’s going on with the order before he finally brings it at the front desk.
employees are nice, everything is clean. I wish they would give it more maintenance tho! it looks old and run down, some of their chairs are old and have huge cuts, if you go to the womens bathroom you have to exit it by moving the door handle in a weird way.
Our favorite Dunkin to go to! The owner and the workers are very nice that even if there's a drive thru dunkin near my work, we still drive to Woodfield Rd to give them our business. Workers' attitude count a lot!!!
Grabbing a quick & easy coffee at this Dunkin' has always been a breeze. Enjoyed hundreds if not thousands of coffees at this spot by now. Love that you can always pick up pretty quickly by ordering over the app!
Has to be the worse food I have ever ordered. I placed a order on the mobile app for pick up when I get there to get the food he only gives me half the order. I told him that I ordered donuts and when I tell him it was customized he just starts throwing donuts into the box. I had to insist for him to at least look at the receipt so i could get some of the donuts that were ordered. once I got home with the food I find that the bacon was raw and greasy to the point that it was a ball of goo in the bottom of the bag. The grilled cheese wasn't even right he used a raisin bagel for the breed. I went back to the store and showed him the bacon and he came back to me with "what u want it burnt?" At this point I just wanted the sandwich remade hoping that something would come out of this. He remakes the sandwich and to my surprise it is a greasy breed smothered in butter not toasted and just nasty. Don't waste your money on this place. stay home or go to McDonalds.

I ordered a ice coffee with OATMILK because i am lactose intolerant with cold foam and they give me it with WHOLE MILK and pumpkin cold foam. What if i was actually allergic to milk, and had an allergic reaction?!
I order from uber eats and I've been to this location. Out of the 4 times I've ordered to them my order has only been correct twice. The workers seem to not fully listen to the customer instructions. This is a better walk in location than it is to order from.
