They once gave my young child a free donut and patiently listened to him ramble on about donuts -- they gained a lifelong customer!
they are improving before they were very bad but they are specifically improving in attention they need more personal cashmers
Im not going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts location, always is the same if employees are not gonna take the orders to the curbside why they offer the curbside option, I just feel it’s unfair for costumer being waiting up to 24 minutes for my order, I am mom i have my babies with me in the car so I order for curbside because I don’t wanna let my babies alone in the car , and today they just made me wanna speak up about this repeating issue, there were 3 employees it was not too busy and they were just there ignoring they have curbside orders , they just have lazy people here!! Its what it is! Plus my coffee tasted pure water since it was stationed there for about 24 minutes !!
It's Dunkin'. It's yummy, and you always know what you're going to get.
Owner or manager was really rude and unprofessional to her employee at 7 in the morning… good luck to all working staff.

Been to many DD’s in the area. My 2 kids love getting donuts as a treat. Every time we get donuts at this location they always throw in an extra donut or a few little donut holes for free. Very friendly and we really appreciate the freebies. Going the extra step always makes a difference so we highly recommend this Dunkin.
Quick and easy place to pick up snacks and coffee. Placed a phone order and everything was accurate!

I would skip this store if I were you. Staff is rude and gets your order wrong. Then they lie about making your order wrong and get upset at you the customer for complaining about it. I just feel like employees need to be more better trained!!!
