Order was made fresh & quick. 1 of the better locations to be in & out quick due to location. (Behind the Fire station & next to the gas station) why 4*'s too little interaction to give 5 other than that great place for a fast breakfast.

This is one of the best locations of Dunkin' donuts in the area. They are always very busy but the orders are always correct. I have never had a problem with my order from this location.

I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts with my boyfriend and found that the customer service here is poor. My boyfriend went to order two drinks...1 large hazelnut iced coffee and 1 medium vanilla iced coffee. Dunkin Donuts has apparently stopped using hazelnut so he changed that order to a large caramel iced coffee. The hispanic woman at the counter was having trouble getting the order correct. She made one of the drinks and it was a combination of both of his order requests. Now I'm a Latina myself and I understand the difficulties of language barriers, but the hispanic woman had my boyfriend repeating his order 3 and 4 times and could still not understand so she had to grab another employee to assist. If she is unable to understand orders, working the front counter should not be an option. It's frustrating to have to try to explain an order over and over and for it to still come out wrong.After finally explaining the simple order again to the other employee, the employee proceeded to ask if he had a receipt of the order and asked if he knew if he paid for both drinks or only one drink...my boyfriend had not been given a receipt and had no idea what the other lady had charged him for. Ultimately, we got our two drinks but they were just okay. One was way too sweet and the other was too bitter. We will not be going back to this location.

1. This place really urgently need a deep clean.2. They are out of everything besides regular coffee cream and sugar.3. The employee named “sameera” was super rude and it seemed that she didn’t want to do her job. I guess Dunkin is loosing money there…4. The same employee (apparently they only have one) was very rude about me not wearing a mask so I asked for one and she didn’t want to give me one ?‍♀️5. I ordered 2 coffees (the only option she had) and the cups were all dirty ?

I’m currently eating my bacon croissant sandwich which was made poorly and sloppy. It’s not busy at this time 12pm the cashier took five minutes to greet me when she flnslly got to the register she said “ are you ready ? “ there were 3 employees present . customer service was ??

They close at 9 on Sunday I got there at 8:40 to get donuts and they threw away all the donuts for the night lol every time I go to this location they are so rude and off putting

We come here about once or twice a month. Coffee is freshly made and right temperature. At times donuts could be fresher. They do have a few quickie made sandwiches that are ok for a swift bite of lunch. Cake donuts stay fresher than raised donuts. The best donut is the toasted coconut. They have a machine that turns out Capuchinos that are ok, and I get them often. Clean tables, chairs and clean and attractive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good parking and easy to get to DD. This DD is a favorite of the state and county patrol car troops.

Customer service is horrible!Some businesses engage their customers and keep employees with great customer service skills. This Dunkin's staff, however, has poor customer service skills all the way up to the manager.  I write this review after the manager, Jose, tells me that he has so many other customers and has no time to listen to my complain over the phone and he proceeds to end our call ??‍♀️Some businesses don't get it.  You're not doing us a favor by being polite.  You're doing your business a favor! You should already know that Great customer service skills=  great reviews= increased business from happy customers! Training is much needed here, not my first bad experience either but when I realized the manager is the problem... well... everything makes sense now.
