the driver took 40+ mins to get here. i called the store and the did not answer the phone twice. the driver was across town according to the tracker and food was cold.
These guys get our weird half and half pizza orders right every time. Domino's is quick and a great deal. My family loves their delicious hand tossed, pan, and brooklyn style pizzas.

Literally just canceled my order and walked out of this place because the employee is incompetent and got frustrated because he couldn't make MY pizza the way I asked! I was very polite and even apologized 4 my OCD. He rolled his eyes as if I was bothering him! What a disgraceful person. Most older people don't do well in these positions and it really shows! I hope the next time I visit, HE WON'T BE THERE!!!
Frozen pizza taste better than these!!! Doesn’t taste right! Tough dough, under sauce.I ordered 2 large 3 toppings pizzas today and they are not yet ready when I went in for pickup, so they should be nice and hot but they were not, they tasted horrible, the Brooklyn dough were thin but tough and dried. They both barely had any sauce. The only toppings and cheese taste ok.These meant to be for 2 children who love pizzas but they hate them, they took a bite or two and complaining that why the dough’s so tough. I tasted it myself and agreed.End up have to fried them chicken nuggets and fries instead!!!!!Domino never taste this bad before even though I am the ledo pizza’s fan. I still buying Domino every now and then. But NEVER AGAIN!!!
This store have really bud customer service Yesterday I ordered a pizza and this had never happened. The truth is that I am disappointed. I ordered my pizza at 8:17 and my pizza was delivered at 9:47. They never answered my call and the pizza was super cold. They did not apologize for being late.
Ordered an over the phone delivery from this Dominos last night (1/21), the gentlemen who took my order said he asked the manager if they were still doing delivery orders, and he said yes. The food was never delivered! I called the next day (1/22) to find out what happened, and the manager “claimed” there was no order from me last night. He was unhelpful, unknowledgeable and did not have problem solving skills. He also did not want to give his name over the phone because he said he was about to leave the position and told me to look up the corporate number online. I called my bank to dispute the charges, since I could clearly see the charges. Customer Support was closed but I filled out a form for them to contact me. This is not my first time ordering Dominos over the phone, as I never have a problem with Germantown locations.
Fastest delivery I've ever seen and food was great. Got my heathens fed and was able to get a very hot meal for a change. Thank you! ??
I had to wait 40 minutes for my pizza to be done. It was so greasy, under cooked, and soggy. Hire more people for God sake and improve your pizza quality! Also, get more professional people because the workers in that location are not professionals at all! I will never order from them again.
Pizza smelled like dirty feet. Workers barley acknowledge you and look like there quitting at any moment. Pizza was greasy and undercooked. Kitchen is dirty and hasn't been washed since it first opened. The smell though still reeks in my car. Stay away.
