Disgusting customer service.Placed a delivery order on 7/22 at 7PM. Delivery estimated at 7:30. Perfect.7:30 rolls around so I check the app. My order hadnt been picked up yet. Finally the order is picked up and after 20min of waiting for delivery we finally decide to call. During the call my order was finally delivered, cold, at 8PM. No refund. No help. The lady on the line hung up the second she heard it had been delivered. Didn’t wait to hear that it was cold. Didn’t care that it was 30min past the designated time. Ridiculous.
This place is an absolute joke . I ordered a pizza over an hour ago and I didn't get it. I was told delivery left over half an hour ago (to get to a location about 10 minutes away) and I got nothing. No phone call, no text, no nothing. I try to call the store to get some answers and they just avoid my questions and even have the nerve to hang up on me mid sentence. This is the worst service I have ever had. Do not order from this place.Now, these people have blocked my phone number or something. Cause, I'm being told the party won't accept my call.
Poor customer service! No greeting, no thank you.I ordered two large pizzas I come in and The rep doesn’t even show me the pizza just my name. I had to ask him to open the box. He had box tilted over I had ask him to tilt it up. I had to ask for napkins and plates. He was really not concerned at all. Pizza luke warm! Not a great experience. If I could give zero stars I would.
I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN THIS IS MY 5th time trying to place an order for pick up around 9pm AND THEY KEEP PUTTING ME ON HOLD OR TELLING THAT WE ARE CLOSED AND TRY DOING DELIVERY AND WHEN I TRY DOING DELIVERY IT EITHER NEVER WORKS OR THEY DON’T BRING WHAT YOU ASK FOR SO NO THANKS I AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS
Well just had another stone cold delivery from this store. The driver "Leema" says well a lot of delivery on the board. How this waste of life franchise stays in business is beyond me. You'd think I'd learn my lesson by now..and like all the other reviews don't try to talk to a manager, but that's something you can do while your reheating your dinner. Dominos obviously doesn't care who they sell a franchise to. I like the production pizza and when I travel home I use them often. But here I think I've placed my last order.
The road past the mall was under construction and a nightmare. The manager went the extra mile to get me my pizzas. Thank you domino's.
Good tasting food but the sizes are tiny and we paid $32 for 32 boneless chicken wings that were the size of popcorn chicken.
Hardest working folk that get zero credit and tons of complaints. Doing the best they can. Throw is a bonus for a review. Kidding. Not kidding. I love hugs and smiles.
Absolutely RIDICULOUS and terrible!! Placed an online order and didn’t realize until 45 mins after the fact once we were home they forgot the sauce and drinks we had already paid for. Called FIVE TIMES, kept being placed on hold just to get hung up on? Called on on my husbands phone they said they can not refund any part of the order and that I would need to drive back and get it myself? ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!! do not recommend!!! food is sub par! Do not waste your money here! Will only be supporting local from here on out.
We called them to inform them they forgot part of our order and they proceeded to hang up on us 5 times. The manager said he would “personally” deliver our missing items and then we called back and an employee said the “manager is too busy right now, he’s not gonna deliver to you”
