This place was amazing. The had lots of games,My son injoin playing the VR. The food was delicious and drinks was on point. The place was clean specially the bathroom. Associates was friendly and helpful. Me and my family looking forward going back again. O yea by the way, the prices was reasonable was not to high.
I was super disappointed with the drinks quality this time. I come here all the time and this time I’m not sure if it was because it was busy or happy hour but they’re drinks had little to no alcohol in them. I ordered 4 and felt nothing ! Definitely don’t waste your time and money getting drinks here. The location in silver spring has much better quality and they won’t rip you off !
This was truly my first time at Dave & Busters. It started out well but went down hill within minutes. The food was ok but not worth the price. Do not buy the food here, eat elsewhere. The atmosphere was nice. No real communication between the staff and the customer. We ordered our food and then it came out somewhat in a timely manner. After that the waiter did not check on us at all. Really just someone asking us if they could take our plates. No one ever said this where you pay the bill. I had to make one of the waiters pay attention to me so I could ask him to get our waiter so we could pay our bill. This also mind you was 30 mins after just waiting around, and being ignored and told ultimately we have to pay the bill at the bar. We go to the bar and the bartender there looked at us like she wasn't aware or I guess told she was ringing up customers being sent to her. She told us to hang on after finding out our table, serviced other people and completely forgot about us. Then our original waiter checked us out after waiting 10 mins just for the bartender. They need more training and staff to handle flow of traffic. Especially on a weekend, I mean come on. We could have walked out and not paid a dime for everything and nobody would've noticed or cared. Will not go back. DO NOT RECCOMEND! GO at your own risk of unsatisfactory service.
Had to celebrate Saint Patty's day a few days early.. Just went in for a few pints at Dave and Busters at Rio in Gaithersburg. John was our bartender very friendly and attentive. We had a few drinks and a bite to eat and had a wonderful time... the whole Dave and Buster's looks fantastic and the whole Rio is being redone and just looks amazing. I have been going to the Rio complex since it originally opened years ago. It's never looked better.
I love gaming. Dave & Busters is perfect to release my skills! The axe machine, claw machine, Korean styled DDR and other games are worth playing! I won two prizes from the claw machine. Good times for groups, couples date or even by yourself.
Great place!! There are plenty of games to play and a gift shop. They have a large bar area and restaurant style seating also. The food is delicious, and the service is prompt, no long wait times. Whether it's a date, a family night out, or a group of friends looking to have a good time, this is a great place to visit! There are plenty of television in the bar area for watching sporting events.
