I went to Crisp and Juicy on April 23rd, in the evening alone. I hadn't been to the restaurant in a long time, so I was a little indecisive on what I wanted. The young lady that was at the register was as sweet as could be, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I wanted to order a platter for 2, and asked what her recommendation was to feed 2 people. So, I ordered what she recommended, and asked for a lot of sauce. The order came up quick, and I thanked her. Bless her. She gave me so much sauce. I just wanted everyone to know how much this impacted my evening, because my oldest daughter Ayanna loved your restaurant! She was murdered in 2020. She was 18 years old. This small act really touched my heart. Thank you! ???
El pollo estaba crudo , Pedimos q nos lo Cocinarán más , primeramente la mesera con una cara muy enojada y el asador hablándonos desde la Cocina también muy molesto , el pollo tenía sangre , a la Final Se Llevaron el pollo y nos devolvieron un pollo quemado
This was my #1 go to restaurant until yesterday. On Thursday I ordered a 1/2 chicken and when a got home I had a 1/4 and one leg, for the years I’ve been a client I never had my order wrong until then so it wasn’t a big deal, yesterday I went and ordered a whole and paid in full but mentioned to the manager what happen. He says SO WHAT DO YOU WANT to what I said I want nothing from you just wanted to let you know he offered a sauce or something I said no thank you. The he went to his office and pulled a video and the asked me to come see. He says here is your order “there were other ordersin the video” but to him the one he was showing me was mine and he goes. THERE IS A FULL 1/2 CHICKEN HERE AND THIS IS YOUR OTHER. So I asked are you trying to tell me that I’m lying to you now? Did I ask for my money back or some sore of discount? NO! So why would I Say something if it is not true? I WAS SO OFFENDED BY THIS. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. thankfully there are other rotisserie chicken in the area
I don’t know how people can even eat this chicken I bout the súper plater white chicken was not good chaufa rice was nasty. I ended up just drinking my inca cola plus i paid $19. Sardis is way better chicken
Customer service is always trash. Their business hours say that they close at 9 but most of the time by 8:30 they don't have chicken... How a re you a chicken place without chicken?!?!? Employees are always rude and rolling their eyes.
The fried yuca was terrible it wasn’t even crispy or have that light crunch. So disappointed in the fries also the same problem.
Here from Chicago and looking for something different and this place didn’t disappoint!!! Only thing I wish they had more pictures of the menu. I ordered the chicken platter and then saw the grill combination on a Tv screen with rotating images and wish I chose that to try Instead lol. Good food and will be back before I leave.
The food is great, delivery orders are accurate a good 98% of the time, and customer service is consistently friendly.

Very good food 10/10 only complaint is food is a bit expensive. A full chicken with sides could be 25-40. Other then that very good!
