The restaurant was really hot bc then had the back door open for outdoor seating. We had great service but it was too warm to have the back door open. We sat inside for a reason.

Copper Canyon is absolutely delicious. A large enough menu to find a meal for everyone. A very classy beautiful clean restaurant that you can feel comfortable dressing up or down. Indoor and outdoor dining available year-round. Outdoor dining overlooks the lake! Our server was phenomenal and it was nice that the manager was walking around the restaurant the entire time. He helped to clean the tables and keep service moving. The food, even down to the french fries and coleslaw, was delicious. The rotisserie chicken has to be tried! If you have a birthday, they will light a candle in your dessert, but they will not sing an obnoxious birthday song (which is always embarrassing, se we appreciated this!) We will definitely dine here again.
Our server was awesome. Very attentive and ensuring our drinks were refilled without having to ask. She made recommendations and checked on us regularly. Food was also delicious. Had a very enjoyable evening with friends.
Great food and service
Great menu plus a full separate Gluten free menu. Excellent Gluten free rolls (or hamburger buns). So much better than what you buy at the grocery store. Our server was excellent.
We ate outside and the view of the lake was lovely. The staff was very friendly and an professional. The entrees: chicken and waffles, chef salad with grilled salmon, and meatloaf were delicious. To top it all off, we shared a piece of key lime pie....oh so delectable!
Service was great and the prices were reasonable but the food was subpar. "Famous chicken" was dry, green beans overcooked (gray). Pasta dish was mostly past with minimal meat and vegetables.
I had the Spring Rolls and the Ahi Tuna Salad. Both were very good. Server misunderstood the order and thought that my friend and I were sharing the same entree and only brought one. That was quickly remedied. Our drinks didnot come with the requested lime slices but again, quickly fixed. Overall very good experience.
