Horrible service and way to over priced, I got 2 small ice creams and they taxed me up to 17 dollars. They charged me for toppings on the ice cream when the ice cream already came with toppings included. I recommend going to brusters.
This location is not very inviting. The OPEN sign was off. It was smelly, dirty, and the outside there was ice cream spilled at the entrance. This was my first time trying Cold Stone , not impressed and overpriced.
Decent ice cream - great staff! However, I'm taking away a star because they have what surely qualifies as the ugliest teddy bear I have ever seen. I approached the staff and I asked about the bear .. I mean, come on, surely this butt-ugleh bear has a story! But instead I just got a 'we don't know, the bear is just there!' - I'm willing to edit my review and add the missing star if I get to hear the story of this bear.
We waited for awhile, and finally got our ice cream ordered. We noticed they kept one of the peoples orders that was in front of us. Didn't think much of it, when we got up to pay they told us the internet was down so we can't use a card, we didn't have cash on us of course, but had some in the car. We should've gotten both free of charge since they didn't tell us the internet was down before we ordered. Terrible way to treat your customers, and they weren't informing the people after us either, definitely won't be back!
I’m very upset about a recent order I placed. I frequent this location a lot and today I decided to try the milkshakes for the first time with the signature selection we always get- a cake batter batter and mint mintster. I paid and tipped for my milkshakes before receiving the product. I had assumed the chocolate fudge and brownie bits would be added on top of the ice cream, not all mixed together so all I could taste with both was chocolate and the essence of my milkshake. I didn’t want chocolate milkshakes. I wouldn’t have paid if I saw chocolate milkshakes before paying. I explained kindly to Tyler that it was my mistake for assuming that it wouldn’t be mixed together but if he would please exchange it for a new one with plain mint ice cream and cake batter, without the toppings, I’d greatly appreciate it. He said sorry that’s not possible. What do you mean it’s not possible, what kind of business can’t remake $1.50 worth of product if the customer didn’t get what they thought they ordered. I spent almost $20 for an order I don’t even want. This is very poor business management and I’m never giving this chain a dime more of my business.
This is my first visit and the service was awesome. But it's just normal ice cream like any other store. Nothing special.
Gene turned what could have been a problem into a very quick solution. Thank you Gene and staff for making our office party a good one! We appreciate all your effort and loved the ice cream cake!
My fiancé and I went for a night dessert last night. The taller gentlemen was very nice and hardworking. The young lady was working hard, as well. However, the other gentlemen (was a little shorter) was too busy trying to flirt with the young lady co worker that we waited in line for 15 mins. He literally sat and chatted until the line was near the door. Then it took him forever to take care of other customers because he was too distracted flirting with the young lady. Very frustrating.
If I could rate no stars I would. I had horrible customer service from the manager. They served others in line before us. The manager said it’s their policy to only help one party at a time. So if you have a group of people/children you can count on one person taking your order and waiting 30 min for ice cream. I’ll never recommend this place for how rude we were treated by the manager. They will no longer receive our business (we were big cold stone fans).
We ordered "pint-sized family pack." This is what we discovered $17 bought us (with $3 tip on top) when we got home lol. With 1 spoon, as insult to injury, c'mon now.
