Its disappointing seeing these bad reviews. I personally haven't had a bad experience here thus far. Ive been about 2 or 3 times to this particular location. The staff have been fairly pleasant and my food has been good. But I just read two different reviews where people are saying they found bugs in their food! Omg! That makes somewhat hesitant to visit again although I'm currently in the mood for a ceasar salad wrap!
This is the second time I’ve been here and they didn’t have proteins. This time the excuse was it’s late(it’s 6pm). It you know your inventory is low because business is good keep up with inventory don’t give snarky lip service in place of professional customer service.I’ll be heading back to Nally Fresh with my business they always seem to have what is displayed the menu.
I’ve debated whether or not to write a review . Normally when I have a bad experience somewhere I just let it go . This experience just can let it go .First I would like to say I love Chopt . I was excited when it came to Kentlands . I live walking distance . This was just highlight for me .In May 2022 I visited with my 1 year old . One particular lady working was so mean . She was seething … I figured just a rough day . I smiled and said I love chopt . She literally rolled her eyes at me .Today July 15th I came back to my favorite spot . There was guy working and the lady . I’m assuming she is manager . Way she spoke to the young man was authoritative. I was happy the guy was taking my order and not her . Because you can just feel her meanness .He was extremely nice . This is where things just went downhill for me . There was no more Romaine lettuce left . He had to go in back. Once he came out said take 5 mins to dry . I said didn’t mind waiting . I waited with my one year old . She glared at me twice . I smiled . I said hi . She rolled her eyes . Customer behind me said wow . After 15 mins . I politely said . I’m not going to be able to wait any longer .(my baby was getting fussy ) I said it twice (politely) she ignored me .I will never step foot in here again . I will just go to the one in Rockville .
Nice location,but the customer service is a hut or miss. I've been here 5 times and three of the times it was attitude by the reps towards customers. Will try again and update. **** Update I've been back twice since my last review and I must say the whole vibe and feeling is great. The acknowledge you when you walk in and the reps make you feel welcome.Great job will add another star to the review.
I just started eating here this past Friday 10jun22 and I basically ate here each day over the weekend. Today as I am finishing up my salad that I purchased yesterday 12jun22, I find a ladybug in the bottom of my bowl. How good is the cleaning process if there’s still bugs left over?
I like the concept, went on a Monday afternoon and i liked it. Its spacious, there is a wide selection of toppings for your salad. Its well ventilated for the summer, great drink selection
Stopped by for lunch on Friday and everything was quiet. We were the only ones in line and my salad was made quick right away. I wish I'd gotten the employee's name, he was so friendly and courteous!I got a orchard salad and everything was fresh and tasty. The serving size was really good. I'd definitely head back again to try more salad options! I kind of wish there had been a little more cheese in my salad, but that wasn't a deal breaker for me.
Came here for lunch and ordered the Kabob Cobb salad with falafel. I took my first bite and the falafel was completely frozen. They told me it’s served cold but was definitely frozen. They were nice enough to remake it with chicken. Salad was ok. The staff was pretty nice and accommodating.
Ordered ahead and food was ready in 15 minutes from when I ordered. Was very good and a pleasant experience, will be ordering again soon!
Never had an issue here, but I did order ahead. Don’t know what all the crying is about. Order ahead and do yourself a favor. Obviously it just opened and is busy.
