Great food at a fair price. They definitely pack alot into a burrito! Staff were friendly and helpful.
I like the food. Nothing special to it, but I like it. The price for what you get is good ( but I hate that they charge you extra for a tortilla on the side now). And the people are friendly (but they weren't before. Everyone was grumpy before, but I think management changed.)
The lady that made my food was super ignorant. The she pit the items in my bowl with such force, and it came all messy. She is very mean and they have a bad costumer service.
Walk out now! I Was just in the men's rooms waiting for my turn as urinal and stall where busy. As the urinal became available anthe cooks came out the stall and darted for the door. Upon following him I did not see him wash his hand at the cooking area. I ended up walking out with my family. This location need to have more over food safety awareness and proper staff hygenics
You can never go wrong with chipotle, but this establishment constantly messes up online orders. I really don’t understand how hard it is to read and follow orders.
The food is delicious as always. The only issue we have was with the cashier who was a bit rude to myself and my granddaughter. She needs to be retrained to improve her customer service skills.
Worst customer service. They withhold food portions, threaten to overcharge you and don’t care. All of them from the manager down. No apologies. Bad management. Would never recommend. If i could go lower than 1 star I would. I'm disappointed with chipotle. They literally ignore you and gang up on you if you try to complain about your order. Dining area was disgusting. Every table was dirty. Worst location ever. Very rude and unprofessional staff.
Chipotle is great, but how is possible that a restaurant like this stopped taking orders in the counter so they can make the orders for the people online. I know, you guys might want me to be an “online” customer using the app and all that, but why then you guys don’t close the counter then…. The people that is waiting in the counter shouldn’t be treated like that!!!!

I had to drive back 15 minutes to get the order right because they said they had everything I ordered but they did not. I trusted them and they did not care that I had to drive back. Not even a dollar discount or say they were sorry that they messed up.
If i could go lower than 1 star I would. I was really disappointed with chipotle last week. I had been wanting to have some chipotle that day and thats why I went to rio which is 12 minutes from my house to get a delicious bowl but what i got was a bowl of mess. The rice was horribly undercooked which ruined my day, my respect for chipotle was shattered that day like a glass. I really feel like I wasted my money on nothing
